He and his team got right to work, mounted the TV and an additional sound bar. He started by asking how I want it situated, to which I said you're the pro... I'll just leave it up to you. When they arrived they were super professional, efficient, and paid a ton of attention to detail. I had pre-purchased in-wall cord concealment kits and they told me to return those and did their own concealment, which looks better and required a much smaller hole to be cut. So we were very surprised and disappointed that when we reached out to him recently to install our new tv he never bothered to return any of our calls. About every other day for almost a week and a half either my partner or I would leave him a voicemail, a text message or an email. He never bothered to reply to any of our messages.
