They arrived on schedule, were very courteous, and maneuvered through my project well. Not only were they installing a wall mount and television, but I also contracted them to run the wires inside the wall and add an outlet up where the tv was going to live. When an unexpected "hiccup" occurred during the installation, they troubleshot the problem, devised a solution, and kept working. When the job was finished, they vacuumed up all the drywall dust, cleaned up from their work, and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their service was not cheap, but they were competitive to other services I looked at, and I'm VERY pleased with the end product. In fact, I made an appointment for Henry, the owner, to come bid a project for my business next week.

Not knowing that a Ring would not be the best way to secure my home, I was educated by one of their sales consultants in a way that was informative. Installers did a terrific job of being efficient and non-intrusive. Definitely recommend.

I then cancelled my service with CSG. They cancelled my business account correctly, but after I jumped thru the hoops to cancel my home account I find that they have been still billing me for the last year. In reviewing my bank account I finally noticed that I have been paying $30.45 for the last year. I contacted them to handle the matter and they stated they never received my e-mail and that I needed to send it again and they would not credit me back any of the paid amounts. When you need a professional in the fire extinguisher business you'll be hard-pressed to find one more knowledgeable and helpful than Steve Doolittle. I needed one new extinguisher and he helped me select the right size and type. Fire extinguishers are like parachutes. It's critical that they work when needed. My experience with Simplex Grinnell was so positive I would never think of buying fire extinguishers anywhere else.
