I looked into 3 local places and decided to try AVIES because of the crazy amount of 5 star reviews they had on Google. SO GLAD I chose them!! We took the phone in and were assured we would be called after some tests were run on the phone. Got a call a few hours later with some not so good news. They told me that they had done several checks on the phone, changed screens a few times, and were still having the problems. They would need to keep it over night to do a few more things. Received a call from Richard the next day. He concluded that the phone was actually bent and that's what was causing the "Ghost touching". He fixed the bend, put her original screen back on, and didn't charge us a dime!! Very pleased customer!

Not knowing that a Ring would not be the best way to secure my home, I was educated by one of their sales consultants in a way that was informative. Installers did a terrific job of being efficient and non-intrusive. Definitely recommend.

I then cancelled my service with CSG. They cancelled my business account correctly, but after I jumped thru the hoops to cancel my home account I find that they have been still billing me for the last year. In reviewing my bank account I finally noticed that I have been paying $30.45 for the last year. I contacted them to handle the matter and they stated they never received my e-mail and that I needed to send it again and they would not credit me back any of the paid amounts. his is an instance where leaving NO stars would be appropriate. Consumers BEWARE, If you go on…read moreGoogle, you will see a ton of one star negative reviews about this business. A majority of the negative review state just about the same complaint. We filed a claim online with our Home Warranty Service about a power outage in our home, and they contracted with Lynch Electrical to do the work. .After reading all the negative reviews, we called and informed our Home Warranty service of our concerns. They persuaded us to give Lynch a chance. So we agreed. Sure enough, they sent out a technician who arrived fully armed with a huge tool pouch, containing ever tool know to mankind. Looked like he was prepared for war. He left it at our door, and my wife walked him through our home to look at the problem. She wanted to move a small filing cabinet to show him the outlet behind it. He said he didn't have time for that. After fiddle-farting around for about 30 minutes, he said he had to write a report and submit it to the home warranty, then get some other techs(I guess) to actually do the work. He said he emailed the report to us as well. Then he picked up hi arsenal and left. We received NO email from Lynch. We called their phone number, and no matter which option we selected, it went straight to voice mail. We contacted our Home Warranty company, and they received no report as well. We tried again and again to contact Lynch, no response. Our Home Warranty rep said give Lynch 24 hours to respond, and if they do not, then our Home Warranty company would assign the work to another electrical contractor. We will be doing that this morning. What I have described is absolutely what a majority of the negative complaints have said about their experiences with Lynch. We need someone who will do more than stick a test wire in wall sockets just to see if we were telling the truth about the outage. Lynch is a complete farce and a waste of your time and money. NEVER AGREE TO HIRE THEM!
