    I've had a truly frustrating experience with Denizen (formerly Echo). After signing off on our…read moreproject (which included straight forward work such TV mounting, Sonos installation, audio upgrades, and home security), our project is still not completed. Along the way we've experienced: * Multi-week delay to begin the project o Stated reason was that they were waiting for a few remaining items and wanted to knock everything out in one visit In reality, the initial on-site work took 4-5 days, they could have easily started with some of the work on schedule * Numerous "surprises" discovered that required more expensive upgrades or change orders (this after they sent folks over to scope out the project) * An IR sensor not connected correctly for basement TV / sound (still not fixed as of October) * Start of the security installation delayed until September (after being told it would be done in June of July) o Not a complex project, just hooking up existing sensors and adding a few additional sensors o Only one of three control panels operating, so security system is still not functional o All this after our project manager being completely unresponsive to texts and emails asking for timing updates * In addition to a non-functioning core security system, we are still waiting for our home security cameras and two ring doorbells to be installed o Again, has been promised for weeks, but there is still no date scheduled and Denizen has been unresponsive with regard to updates I get that folks are short staffed, but don't understand constantly moving the goal line with regard to project completion, not responding to your customer's legitimate and polite inquiries, and constantly finding "surprises" to drive up pricing along the way. Would stay clear of this vendor, they evidently are an operational mess since the Denizen takeover of Echo.

Not knowing that a Ring would not be the best way to secure my home, I was educated by one of their sales consultants in a way that was informative. Sometimes when you have sales folk trying to sell you something it doesn't seem solid and genuine. My system is what I needed and is extremely affordable. Installers did a terrific job of being efficient and non-intrusive. Definitely recommend.

    I had used them for my business and home security. I added a new company to do my video security…read moremonitoring and changed to them for the rest of my security package. I then cancelled my service with CSG. They cancelled my business account correctly, but after I jumped thru the hoops to cancel my home account I find that they have been still billing me for the last year. They even auto renewed my contract for another year even when their system showed they were not connected to my security system any longer. In reviewing my bank account I finally noticed that I have been paying $30.45 for the last year. I contacted them to handle the matter and they stated they never received my e-mail and that I needed to send it again and they would not credit me back any of the paid amounts. UPDATE 9/1/16 The company reached out to me and we were able to reach a resolution to this matter that we both were happy with. Jimmy was helpful and pleasant to work with. Jeff
