I then cancelled my service with CSG. They cancelled my business account correctly, but after I jumped thru the hoops to cancel my home account I find that they have been still billing me for the last year. They even auto renewed my contract for another year even when their system showed they were not connected to my security system any longer. In reviewing my bank account I finally noticed that I have been paying $30.45 for the last year. I contacted them to handle the matter and they stated they never received my e-mail and that I needed to send it again and they would not credit me back any of the paid amounts.
