Very responsive, they have done upgrades to our system that we have had for more than 25 years. We…read moreadded cell coverage so we no longer needed a land line. And their montering service is less than the 'big' guy out there. We would highly recommend Rampart!

Buyer and Customer Beware!…read more Recently I noticed my app was not working to arm and disarm my alarm. After calling Rampart, they said "yes currently our services are offline". Then I asked if that meant we would not be covered by monitoring for fire or burglary. They said "yes, that's correct". I was completely flabbergasted. Three large issues for me: - They never notified their clients the monitoring service was offline. My first issue was at 9PM the night before I called. When I called Rampart around 9AM the next day, the guy on the phone said: "Oh yeah it's down, but it hasn't been down that long". To which I replied "yes it has, my home has been unprotected for 12+ hours". - After researching the app communications, I quickly was able to determine the IP address involved was from BOLIVIA. The IP was registered to "Bulgaria Sofiya Residence Control" - Why on planet Earth would I want my home secured through a server in Bolivia which is now down? That IP address was 212.73.143.204. - The monthly service fee they charge is much higher than the service we received. The monitoring service was the cheapest available, likely turning $20-25/mo in profit for adding absolutely zero value. They use a third-party service called "m2mservices" which is hosted on a server in Bolivia. https://m2mservices.com/ The device is the cheapest available and the service, being outside of the US, is most likely also the cheapest possible. After calling back, they had zero problems refunding our entire charge.. which is too bad... we were a customer for over eight years without a miss in payment. Stay away, the company doesn't care if your home is protected, or at least not enough to tell you about it.

Safe Haven Security - My useless Qolsys panel thanks to Safe Haven's lousy service.

You're better off going on Amazon to get reliable cameras and a monthly fee of $3. $2000+ for 3…read morecameras and window and door security isn't worth it when I've already had 2 break ins. (3 if you count PG&E going into my backyard without me knowing!) I asked to get a technician weeks ago and only just found out through ADT that my contract was actually through safe haven after being on hold for literally 2+ hours and having a call go blank twice when trying to get connected to the Fresno location. The only person who reached out to me was a man on vacation via text. From there they had tech support call me instead of a technician coming out. It's cheaper at this point to stay in my contract, but I'll do everything I can to make sure people don't sign up for this like I did. Save your money and get a cheap and more reliable Amazon Ring device! I put one up in the front of my house and it's already more useful than anything Safe Haven has given me. I will say that IF the technicians do come, they're always really friendly and walk you through fixes step by step. To Safe Haven - Pay your guy on vacation more, and get better customer service.

Also, they only warranty products for 6 months, so if their shoddy products break after that, you will also pay to replace the part. I will not be renewing my service after this contract is over, and if I can cancel service, I definitely will.
