We are not technical people. At all. Since the dawn of high speed internet, nothing has worked…read moreproperly in our house. We have tried all kind of companies and all kinds of band-aids. Once we finally decided to fix the tech in the house for once and for all, we called several places and got a few bids. When Chuck from Longwire came into the house, he walked around with us, listening to all the irritants and issues and things we hoped for and created a solution that has finally made everything work reliably and effectively. They were thorough and thoughtful and scheduling was convenient and quick, even though we were working around the holidays. They even finished the project a day early. They have also been open and helpful about some questions I had after the fact and I anticipate they will continue to be that way moving forward.
