I had been thinking of getting one so we could do some purging of household junk and reached out via phone call. John was very responsive, friendly, and more than happy to answer all of my questions. I didn't end up scheduling right away. However, a week later after days of rain and the subsequent flooding of our basement, I text Dumpster Drop and John dropped off a 20 yard within an hour. Again, the promptness, friendliness, and pricing was above and beyond service expectations regardless of industry. I highly recommend, 10 stars!!! Thank you, John/Dumpster Drop!

Ruined the vin on our vehicle during sandlasting, cost 4x the amount in repairs on tje quarter panel and roof over what they charged us (quoted 800, charged 1800 and settled on 1200) after trailering the car home there was still sand leftover from sandbasting. Genuinely embarrassed to even have to write this review. Photos and videos to prove if needed.

The team at Citywide Dumpster was amazing from the request for quote through pickup. I had never…read morerented a dumpster before so I had questions including the total price, what could be placed in it, what do we need to do for drop off/pick up; and Brittany took the time to answer my questions. I was able to have the dumpster on the side of the garage where I wanted it and not just where the driver put it like other companies said. When the dumpster arrived, the outside was clean and a beautiful blue. It wasn't an eyesore sitting in front of the house. It isn't fun to do a cleanup of a basement so I appreciated the Citywide team making the project seamless from their end. One dumpster load wasn't enough for my project but I was able to get another one delivered even though it was the holiday season.
