I have taken several items here and always been pleased with the service except if you ask for medium starch, they will give you heavy starch; shirts stand up on their own without a hanger. So I would say that is heavy and not medium starch. I will change my standing order to light starch and see what happens. The prices are fair and the items are ready when they say. This is the closest cleaners to me and I'm not willing to drive further. So I will return as they are pretty good.

We only have a few months left, and do not want to buy a washer for a house we will not be living in so we were really stressed about what we were going to do. This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. The owner Steve is also very friendly and very helpful. We love it here!

Depending on your drop off time, clothes are almost always ready the next morning, sometimes even faster. This morning I went to them at 8am because I had a special circumstance come up where I needed a couple shirts pressed for this afternoon and tomorrow morning for a funeral. I asked if they could have at least one of my shirts done by this afternoon and he said it would be no problem and that he would have both of them done by noon. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is satisfactory, they re-sew loose buttons free of charge, and are an overall pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dry cleaner.

I wanted a vintage Singer like the long-lost machine I used to make all my clothes in high school and he advised me and worked with me to sell me a vintage machine that is a pleasure to use. It has capabilities far exceeding anything I ever did on my old one (and definitely can't do on the one I had been using, since I never could get even a good balanced stitch out of the sulky thing). I'm kind of mad at myself now for not coming in earlier and talking to him, as I've been putting up with a machine that I've disliked for a long time and, had I gone with Kurt, I could have had a machine that is a joy to use AND much cheaper than I had paid for the machine that I hated !! So grateful to him and his staff !!! PLEASE don't go to Walmart and buy some new Singer. Go to Kurt and company and let them get you into a machine that will be passed down to your grandkids !! If you're looking for a vintage machine, don't be fooled by the lack of them on their floor -- they have all kinds of them in the back room at the downtown location. And if you are interested in the history of sewing machines/companies at all -- Kurt knows it !!!! thank you so much :)
