Moreover, I needed this to fit me perfectly in less than 2 weeks with zero room for error. Today, I picked it up and they did a FANTASTIC job!! Not only did they rise up to my expectations, they exceeded them by far. The dress fits like a glove. It fits so well that I look skinnier and more fit after they fixed it. (Just kidding). As for speed and pricing, they truly are speedy! I got a completely re-structured dress in less than 4 business days. My dress cost more than the other reviews, but I had so much work done to it and the fabric was pretty delicate (lace) that I feel like I got a great deal. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here. Oh boy, made the mistake of going here to wash and dry 2 loads of clothes. Aside from your typical…read moreroach here and there, cat piss odor, dirty laundromat-the owner is quite something else. While waiting on my clothes to dry, the owner waved at me to come over (ok, weird but whatever). I went over to the counter and he asked me if I washed my clothes here at the laundromat or did I bring them in already washed. I told him I washed them onsite and he called me a liar..(wth?). Then he pointed to a piece of paper taped on the door that read "You're not allowed to bring your washed clothes to dry here". I assured him that I didn't do such a thing and he kept pushing that I was lying. I patiently waited on my clothes getting dried and then got outta dodge. Never again will I go back there. Luckily I was in a Zen state and not in UFC mode. I rather go 2-3 weeks with dirty clothes or no clothes while waiting on my washer and dryer to be delivered. Yikes.

Customers Beware! Pride Cleaners ruined a very nice dress shirt by over treating it, even though no…read moretreatment was requested. One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention. Bonnie, The manager, claim the shirt was not treated, even though the shirt had a tag that says special attention. Her response was that they don't treat all 10,000 shirts they receive each day, which is fairly obvious and not relevant to this issue. She then claimed the shirt was six years old, but if you look at the records it had only been cleaned a handful of times over the last couple of years. The shirt was only worn for special occasions and not worn often. There is virtually no wear on the rest of the shirt. Complaint what the BBB is being filed as well. We will let a neutral party decide. I understand that things happen and mistakes are made. The aggravating circumstance is the nonsense response received from this company. It's frankly ridiculous. I don't want anything for free, but an apology would've gone pretty far. Cockamamie snarky answers are what I received. It's unfortunate as I have been a long time customer, but no more.
