I have been taking my clothes to get dry cleaned here for a few years now and never gave review.....today is the day! Took in an heirloom of sweater with a horrible stain on it. When u went to pick up, we noticed it was still there. The young lady at the counter (wish I took her name down) said that they would try again, no questions. Went to pick up today and it's like new, so appreciate great customer service! Thanks Pride for taking pride in your work. read more

I rarely have anything dry cleaned. I called for a quote and the rude lady hung up on me. Very unprofessional to run a business.

I love that they offer drive up service for dropping and picking up. The actual service is okay, nothing special and nothing above and beyond. I was disappointed by the quality of the clean on a black coat. The coat wasn't completely free of lent and fuss which I would have expected the drum cleaning to address. Prices are average for dry cleaning in the area. Frankly I feel that they are too much for the quality of service they offer. read more

I took my comforter in and it doesn't not feel as soft and clean as before. They didn't even get the stains out of the comforter. It was cheap but that's why! read more

Dropped off a comforter and a bath rug. The comforter had cat urine on it. I asked the guy if they could get it out, he said yes so I left it with the bath mat. They told me I could pick it up in two days. I received a text the next day that they were ready for pick up. Only the comforter was ready. I asked if they were able to get the urine out. The attendant said he asked his manager after I left and the manager said NO they can't usually get that out. They cleaned it anyway without call me and checking if I still wanted it cleaned. Bad customer service. Then I go back to pick up the bath mat a day AFTER it should have been ready, guess what it's not there. SHOULD be there after 3 today. read more

Still A-OK. Visited again last week, got our items in a timely fashion, nothing lost, well done. Still can't figure out the pricing, though! Had a short dress, men's button down and men's slacks cleaned and came out to $26.16. Also found out they have coupons on their website for savings - definitely will be printing those off. read more

Ahh, Pride Cleaners. Thanks to you, I started off the New Year by experiencing that oh-so-fun adult milestone, the loss of a piece of clothing at the dry cleaners. The other day, my husband dropped off some of his pants, and my jacket, a nice little black number that I'm particularly fond of. Like the rug in the Big Lebowski, that jacket really ties some of my outfits together. When he went to pick up our newly cleaned items, his pants were there, and the packing slip said my jacket was in the bag as well...but it wasn't. There was a jacket in the bag, but it was a large, tan men's jacket, nothing like what he had dropped off. Sigh. (Why is it always the awesome items that get lost?!) So, back to Pride he went, to return the large jacket and find out where mine was. Of course, it was a Friday, and the manager had left for the day, and no one could find my jacket anywhere. They said they'd look for it, and call my husband on Monday. When lunchtime on Monday rolled around and he still hadn't heard anything, he called again...and the jacket was still MIA. I began to resign myself to the inevitable. Today, he received a call that the jacket had been found, and should be available for pick up in the next day or so. Honestly, I'm shocked that it's not gone for good, but of course, until I have the jacket in hand, I'm not anything more than cautiously optimistic. Regardless of how it all ends, I can't give Pride more than 2 stars, as there was never any sense that they actually cared about resolving the issue in a timely fashion...and because they not only screwed up our order but clearly someone else's as well. It's clearly a convenient place to use, as they come out to your car, pick up your dry cleaning, and then put the dry cleaning in the back of your car when you pick it up, but that also means that you can't inspect your clothing until you get it home again...and when your order is wrong, the service is no longer all that convenient. read more

0/5 stars if possible. Lack of Pride Cleaners would be more fitting. In town for a wedding. Dropped off our clothes to be pressed several days ahead of time. They weren't ready when they said they would be and they just shrugged when we asked when they'd be ready. Didn't even know where they were - I could've just ironed them at the hotel. Now we have no clothes for the reception tonight and potentially none for the wedding tomorrow. Attendant just shrugged and said I don't know. read more

I recently relocated from the Arlington, VA / DC metro area where the cleaners were reasonably priced. My Brooks Brothers pinpoint cotton oxfords are $1.29 each and my Brook Brothers wool suits were $3.99 each! Pride cleaners in Mission, KS, charges $5.39 for a Polo shirt whether its dry cleaned or laundered!!! My Brooks Brothers pinpoint cotton shirts were $2.69 each, my walking shorts were $5.69 each; my weekly dry cleaning bill of $71.86 was SHOCKING!! The dry cleaning prices in this area are more than double those in the DC metro area and the salaries and cost of living in Kansas City are much lower? I would not recommend Pride Cleaners, due to their high prices and mediocre customer service. Save yourself some money and drive a little further to another dry cleaners that's a much better value! read more

Pride Cleaners has absolutely nothing to be proud about. Based on how close they are to my office, I was really hoping for the best...but alas, my search for a reliable cleaners continues. As a previous reviewer already mentioned, their prices are higher than I've ever paid before (3 pants and 2 shirts is $30). I'm not sure if they just don't listen or just don't care, but the last two times I dropped off slacks to be dry cleaned, I specifically asked them to press the seam down the middle (which I've never had to tell a dry cleaner to do before since that's typically just what you do with slacks) and both times the slacks came back with no seam. Not only did they not press the seam that was already there...they eliminated it completely. Another time (and the last time), they used so much starch and pressed the back of my shirt for so long that it came back completely discolored, shiny with starch, and unwearable. If I'm already going to be forced into taking out a second mortgage to pay for my dry cleaning bill, I'd at least like to have my clothes come back in better shape than when I dropped them off. read more

Excellent service overall! My coats and suits were dropped off and ready by the next day, clearly inspected and handled well. Service at car is fairly convenient and location is good for me. Price was moderate, around $10 for a jacket and $15 for a suit - cost varied per item. Will use again. read more

Not very good customer service. They have lost items twice in the last year. And when they finally did pay for lost items they only offered a pro-rated settlement! I won't be using them any more. read more

This is the first time I used this dry cleaning company and it will be the last. I dropped my coat and a shirt off on Monday and was told I could pick it up at 5 the next day. At five Tuesday, me and my three kids went to pick up the dry cleaning. A guy came outside and told me without even checking my ticket that my stuff wasn't there yet and immediately started walking back in without explaining himself. I had to ask him to come back over and he seemed really irritated with me. His entire demeanor was rude. I asked him why he didn't call me to let me know it wasn't ready and he said "because I would have to call 500 people". So rude. I looked behind me and I was the only one there so obviously 500 people were not scheduled to pick up their dry cleaning at 5. So I pointed this out to him and he said "well they will be here when I'm trying to close". Again, super rude. I waited for 37 minutes with three restless kids and was surprised when he didn't offer me a discount which is basic customer service. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I know how it works. Therefore, I asked him and he scoffed at me! He said he can't do discounts. I have never used dry cleaning before and I think it's safe to say I will be trying a different company and so should all the other 500 people that went there Monday. read more
