I'm not going to argue whether or not they were capable to get the stains out. But I paid seven dollars for the same dirty tie that they couldn't clean. And when asked for a refund, they said the service was already complete, but in my mind, it's not complete because the tie is still dirty; the service is not complete as the tie is still dirty. They should have given me the tie and apologized for not cleaning it instead of making me pay for the same dirty tie.

We only have a few months left, and do not want to buy a washer for a house we will not be living in so we were really stressed about what we were going to do. This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. The owner Steve is also very friendly and very helpful. We love it here!

Today was not the case- one of my linen shirts was missing from my order. Dry cleaning is extremely expensive and for this young lady to laugh in my face and be extremely hateful and rude to me is unacceptable and I can take my business elsewhere. I don't leave a lot of reviews and I really don't like to leave negative reviews but after the interaction I had today, I am still in disbelief that this young person treated me so disrespectfully and I'm hoping the business will take action because she should not be interacting with the public.

What should've been a simple hem + strap tighten turned into a $300 mess for our daughter's dress…read more My husband brought our 11-year-old in to have her dress shortened and the loose straps tightened. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here.
