Michelle is FANTASTIC!! I ordered a dress for a funeral from Amazon, the dress arrived the night before the funeral and, of course, needed pressing. I called a few dry cleaners and was told it would be an all day process. I called Tide and spoke with Michelle. She was so pleasant! She told me she could have my dress ready in 15 minutes! I was over the moon. When I arrived, everyone was so polite and ready to help; Michelle was ready and waiting also. She knew my situation so she quickly took my information to create my profile. She told me to come back in 10 to 15 minutes and it would be ready. I ran to get a coffee and was back in 15....it was ready to GO! Michelle and her coworkers have no idea how they made my day! I let her supervisor know and everyone else should know too! They were all very professional and pleasant. The facilty was very clean and they worked efficiently. 35% discount for the first order. They gave me a bunch of Unstoppables too!!! I love those things!! I will be using this location more in the future!! read more

Customer service by staff member Aaliyah was disrespectful. I've been going to this Tide cleaners for seven years and the staff has always been wonderful. I've never had an issue. Today was not the case- one of my linen shirts was missing from my order. Dry cleaning is extremely expensive and for this young lady to laugh in my face and be extremely hateful and rude to me is unacceptable and I can take my business elsewhere. I don't leave a lot of reviews and I really don't like to leave negative reviews but after the interaction I had today, I am still in disbelief that this young person treated me so disrespectfully and I'm hoping the business will take action because she should not be interacting with the public. read more

We switched dry-cleaners a few months ago and WOW! Tide Cleaners is worth the longer drive for us. We drop clothes off on a weekly basis. Very friendly, professional and top notch service. They even have dog treats for the drive thru. I would HIGHLY recommend Tide. read more

First time using this place because the employee said that if they damage anything they will stand behind their brand and repair it or fix the problem. I have a $900 suit and I had them dry clean. I inspected the suit before it dropped it off and there was no damage to it. I got it back and there was not tag to indicate that there was damage to he suit. I get home and notice a small hole in the back of suit pant, so I take it in and they would have the manager look at it. While there we also notice a snag that wasn't there before either. After speaking to the manager Cindy they will not honor their word of repairing the suit pants or any type of monetary fix. Their excuse was it was either my fault for sitting on something or bug damage. If that was bug damage then all my other suits would be damaged as well. This place will not stand behind their word, but place the blame back in me as the customer. Not a great first (last) time experience. read more

Zero star if it's available, unfortunately one star is the lowest available here. Bad service and bad staffs. Very poor for a kind of bussiness selling service. Was quite suprised for going to dry cleaners, without getting receipt of what kind of items you are dropping in, including how many. What happened if something got lost or damaged? You will lose fellas, cause there will be no proof unfortunately. They have coupon, which is required to be given upon drop off. But not being honored due to their fault and only want to give store credits?? Tried to call arounds several times and unable to resolve. Managers, supervisors and owners not available. read more

Contrary to the only other review available for this location, I've had absolutely no troubles with this Tide location at all. In fact, I'd recommend them. The staff is always friendly, the drive through pickup and drop off is super convenient when I'm in a hurry and I've never had any issues with staff honoring coupons even if I happened to forget to provide it at drop off. My clothes come back clean and fresh, with no damage, color bleed or other issue unlike other establishments for whom I've written reviews. Tide also does a good job of replacing buttons that get damaged in the cleaning process. Laundering is a matter of convenience and speed for me. The 24 hour turn around time is awesome when I'm in a pinch and they even offer Saturday service. To the other gentleman citing the possibility for lost items, I've simply requested drop off slips in the past that cite the number of items I've dropped off. You have to ask for it yes, but they're happy to provide. read more

I have had nothing but a positive experience at Tide cleaners. We go there every 2 - 3 weeks and we are always greeted with girls that have friendly smiling faces. The large drive-thru is a plus when you have kids in the car. Your clothes are done on time and right and even have a great Tide scent. You even get occasional Tide samples. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more

Walked in to get clothes for a friend who was out of town and wasn't greeted. One of the employees was on the company phone taking a personal call and was very rude to me. Extremely unprofessional and less than poor customer service. Customer service would be a zero but you have to at least select one star to provide any feedback. I dropped my suit (Ted Baker which I would deem as a reputable brand of quality) off and when I picked it up there was a rip in the arm as well as my zipper being ripped off. The owner did a terrible job of representing what I would think as a respectable company until this particular interaction. Once I let them know of my expectations (what they thought a replacement value would be) he was extremely abrasive and argumentative and would not even look into this as a resolution. He told me to provide this feedback on a public forum as he said it was threatening when in this day and age I feel that hard earned money should be spent well and treated with respect.
