After searching high and low for a laundry mat that at least had working machines, I found this…read morehidden little gem called Spin City. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I've been a few times and have never had a single issue with anything. This place is like heaven compared to the other places I've tried recently. The place is clean and well managed. Not a single machine has had an "out of order" sign on it when I've been in. While at times they may be busy, there's more than enough machines for some to always be available. They use a rechargeable swipe cards for payment so no having to worry about carrying around a thousand quarters. You can fill it by using either cash or credit/debit card. Even the vending machines use this card. The entrance is an automatic door which makes loading and unloading so much easier. There are tv's and free wifi. Hours are not posted, but my understanding is they open at 7am and last wash is at 8pm daily. There are varying sizes of machines. Small washer: $2.47 per load Medium washer: $3.43 per load Large washer: $5.49 per load Dryers: $0.37 per 7 minutes Now the best part of all: Charles. I have only been on the weekend so I am unsure of his weekday hours - but Charles is the wonderful man who runs the place on the weekends. He is kind and funny and a great manager. He is constantly walking around cleaning up and helping the customers any way he can, all while cracking jokes. You will see him helping people carrying their clean laundry out to their car often. On my first visit, I was leaving after dark, and while I only had the one basket to carry out, he still walked me out to make sure I got to my car safely. This morning he was handing out Christmas cards to everyone who walked in. It is so refreshing to find a place that goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They are worthy of your business.

This is now my 3rd time coming back for a manage and the manager tells me they can't refund me, and they will only restart the machine! truly something else, I can only imagine how many times this has happened to other people!

I'm lucky. My wonderful wife magically cleans all my suits. I wear them, they disappear, then…read morevoila! Clean suits again! Ok, she's sick. From her death bed, she gingerly hands me a strange ticket - "it's been almost 3 weeks," she gurgles. "Can you, can you... get your suit yourself?" Ok, I'm competent. I read the address, head to this very nice shop, and walk in. I'm greeted cheerily, the place actually smells nice, and I present my magic ticket. I'm here to pick up a suit - sorry I took so long. Friendly conversation - "oh, you'd be surprised, we have people leave things for months." (My wife would never allow such a thing!) I pick up the suit, get told to enjoy the super bowl next week, and the suit - less magically - gets hung up in my closet by my own self. However, my wife has made a recovery from her death bed - guess she wasn't as sick as she let on. So why did *I* have to get the suit? Nice place, Nature's Touch Cleaners - good job helping my wife stay magical.

Nature's Touch burned (ruined) a custom $1,000+ suit jacket and the owner was unwilling to take any…read moreaccountability. Their response is of course that their machines are incapable of burning clothes. I wore the jacket once, only use this dry cleaner. This begs the question of how did the jacket get burned? If you care about your clothes, and the integrity of a business and it's employees, do not go to Nature's Touch; the will burn you (no pun intended). As a 32 year old traveling salesman, they will loose the value of having me as a client for the next 30 years. I will also make an effort to ensure everyone I know in KC is aware not to use this dry cleaner. A question for the owner - was it really worth not reimbursing (or even crediting my account) for this loss? Regardless of your answer today, you will come to find that you made a grave mistake. if you decide to "make things right" you should know how to contact us.

Affiliation was decent until I wanted to cancel. I was in the process of selling my business and…read moredecided to cancel membership. I received a reply and didn't notice that a form needed to be completed in order for the cancellation of affiliation to be accepted. Needless to say, the next month I was billed. I emailed them and told them I already cancelled. I received a response that I needed to complete a form. So I did and I faxed it. Got an email that they didn't receive it, I faxed again. Saw an email while I was on vacation out of the country and was told they hadn't received it yet again. AGAIN, I am charged! I will be scanning a copy to them but this is pretty wild of an unnecessary process. I have since sold my business but I figured this was worth sharing and could be of value to others. MY OPINION: I sought out GreenEarth due to their brand ID and thought the affiliation would bring additional revenue to my bottom line As a switch from hydrocarbon method I was using when I purchased the existing plant. In my specific case it didn't. FOR ME!.....Their affiliation fee was not justified due to a few things that I wish I knew beforehand- lack of sufficient transition/success support, additional spotting work required, cost to retrofit equipment, cost to buy all new solvent, cost to dispose of existing solvent, cost to dispose of GE solvent over other solvents, low/mid range cleaning efficiency across the broad range of garments, dual colored garments bleed frequently and require wet washing or rejection, cross garment bleeding, the clay powder you have to buy from them and treat your machine with 1-2 times weekly can get burdensome, costly, clog lines & gum up areas of your machine that make for extra cleaning. Their subcontractors are great, online videos are good. Product does well on items that do not have stains before cleaning, not as effective when staining is present. *These are only my experiences and may not represent your success or lack thereof. These are bits of information that I would take into account if you are looking to switch to GreenEarth. If your clients/landlord aren't pushing you to use another cleaning method for your business, then be sure to consider my experience and other locals who are using GE or other solvents before you dive in.
