I'm not going to argue whether or not they were capable to get the stains out. But I paid seven dollars for the same dirty tie that they couldn't clean. And when asked for a refund, they said the service was already complete, but in my mind, it's not complete because the tie is still dirty; the service is not complete as the tie is still dirty. They should have given me the tie and apologized for not cleaning it instead of making me pay for the same dirty tie.

Their response is of course that their machines are incapable of burning clothes. I wore the jacket once, only use this dry cleaner. This begs the question of how did the jacket get burned? If you care about your clothes, and the integrity of a business and it's employees, do not go to Nature's Touch; the will burn you (no pun intended). As a 32 year old traveling salesman, they will loose the value of having me as a client for the next 30 years. I will also make an effort to ensure everyone I know in KC is aware not to use this dry cleaner. A question for the owner - was it really worth not reimbursing (or even crediting my account) for this loss? I read the address, head to this very nice shop, and walk in. I'm greeted cheerily, the place actually smells nice, and I present my magic ticket. I'm here to pick up a suit - sorry I took so long. Friendly conversation - "oh, you'd be surprised, we have people leave things for months." (My wife would never allow such a thing!) I pick up the suit, get told to enjoy the super bowl next week, and the suit - less magically - gets hung up in my closet by my own self. However, my wife has made a recovery from her death bed - guess she wasn't as sick as she let on. So why did *I* have to get the suit? I received a reply and didn't notice that a form needed to be completed in order for the cancellation of affiliation to be accepted. Needless to say, the next month I was billed. I emailed them and told them I already cancelled. I received a response that I needed to complete a form. So I did and I faxed it. Got an email that they didn't receive it, I faxed again. Saw an email while I was on vacation out of the country and was told they hadn't received it yet again. AGAIN, I am charged! I will be scanning a copy to them but this is pretty wild of an unnecessary process. I have since sold my business but I figured this was worth sharing and could be of value to others. MY OPINION: I sought out GreenEarth due to their brand ID and thought the affiliation would bring additional revenue to my bottom line As a switch from hydrocarbon method I was using when I purchased the existing plant. In my specific case it didn't. FOR ME!.....Their affiliation fee was not justified due to a few things that I wish I knew beforehand- lack of sufficient transition/success support, additional spotting work required, cost to retrofit equipment, cost to buy all new solvent, cost to dispose of existing solvent, cost to dispose of GE solvent over other solvents, low/mid range cleaning efficiency across the broad range of garments, dual colored garments bleed frequently and require wet washing or rejection, cross garment bleeding, the clay powder you have to buy from them and treat your machine with 1-2 times weekly can get burdensome, costly, clog lines & gum up areas of your machine that make for extra cleaning. Their subcontractors are great, online videos are good. Product does well on items that do not have stains before cleaning, not as effective when staining is present. *These are only my experiences and may not represent your success or lack thereof. These are bits of information that I would take into account if you are looking to switch to GreenEarth. If your clients/landlord aren't pushing you to use another cleaning method for your business, then be sure to consider my experience and other locals who are using GE or other solvents before you dive in.
