Absolutely the best service. They do an amazing job! You can tell that they take pride in what they do! Very reasonably priced as well.

After disowning the closest dry cleaners to my house, Pride (119th and Black Bob), I decided to…read morestart taking my money to the other dry cleaners I know - Olathe Cleaners. It's a bit further from my house, but along my commute so it works out. I am very happy so far. For one, it's always the same, friendly woman working, as opposed to a random high school student at Pride who I never see again from visit to visit. She always asks me how I am, comments on the weather or something, and it's just a nice exchange. I previously mentioned an odd smell, but I have no encountered that recently. It also does seem to take maybe a day longer than Pride, but I rarely need my dry cleaning immediately so that's okay. The prices seem about the same. If you need it quicker, I believe they charge 10% extra for overnight service. One place I am very happy is alterations. I had a seam pulling away and had fixed it on the fly, but that wasn't of quality as a 28 year old guy. So, I decided to take it to Olathe Cleaners and get it done by a professional while it was getting dry cleaned anyways. It took a few extra days, but when I got it back, it was like brand new and I am very happy with the quality of their fix. Olathe Cleaners will now be my cleaners for the foreseeable future.

They lost my expensive suit jacket, and it was a very stressful week before it was found and…read morereturned to me without even a hint of an apology. I brought some items to get dry cleaned on a Monday, two of which (a nice dress shirt and suit jacket) had small stains on them. Tuesday I pick them up and the stains were still there, so they offered to re-do them. After handing them over, I asked if I needed a ticket or something to pick them up when they were done, and was told I didn't need anything and I could pick them up on Thursday. This did not make me feel confident, in fact I was pretty nervous that I might not get them back, but I figured they knew what they were doing and would probably just assign them to my account since I had just picked up and paid for my clothes. Thursday comes and I go to pick them up and they tell me "It doesn't look like we have anything for you on your account", but once I describe that it was a re-do that I dropped off a couple days ago, they find my shirt (still a little stained but it's a white shirt and it's better than it was and way less noticeable so I'm fine with it) but no jacket. I'm told "It must not be done yet, it should be here tomorrow". I go back Friday and it's still not there, so I'm asked to describe the jacket and told the manager will have to call me tomorrow because it must be lost. Saturday I get a call from Michael who asks me to describe the missing item again, and then tells me he'll have to call the warehouse and have them check the lost and found, but he'll call me back Monday to let me know if they find it. When I asked what happens if they don't find it he says they'll write me a check for the value of it. On Monday (yesterday) I wait until 3 and still haven't gotten a call, and since they close at 6 I didn't want to wait around so I call the store where Michael answers and tells me they've been busy but they still haven't found it, and he'll call me back in the morning with the final word on if they've found it or if they're going to be reimbursing me. This morning I got a voicemail from Michael (my phone never rang for some reason) saying "They found it at the warehouse with the No Name items and will be sent to my store today. As soon as it gets here I'll give you a call and let you know that it's in the store". I never got a call, so I went to the store at 5:15, and the person working the counter apparently recognized me and immediately goes and gets the jacket, I never got a call that it was there. I don't know how it ended up unlabeled and with the no name items, but I wish I was more surprised given how I wasn't given anything to reclaim my re-do's. Honestly, they could've claimed I never gave them anything and I don't know how I'd be able to prove otherwise. This was particularly stressful as it's an expensive jacket that I splurged on for Valentines day, and throughout this entire process they acted like this was not an unusual situation. In fact, nobody ever even apologized, so I will not be going back to Pride Cleaners.

The jumpsuit I took was still VERY wrinkled and for those two items I was charged $42.50. They did end up finding my belt and sent the jumpsuit back a 2nd time. It came back and still looks awful. I was told the manager would get back in touch with me to discuss a refund. So after 3 trips ... I have still not heard anything from the manager about a refund and my jumpsuit still looks terrible.
