Affordable dry cleaning in Mission. The ladies working were very friendly and walked me through their processes. I dropped it off and it was ready for pick up two days later! They have late pick up hours which is convenient for people that work late. It was very clean and organized in the Laundry Craft! read more

This place is truly the BEST! We have a washer that broke, and our landlord said he would not fix it. He wanted us to buy a new one for the house. We only have a few months left, and do not want to buy a washer for a house we will not be living in so we were really stressed about what we were going to do. This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. The owner Steve is also very friendly and very helpful. We love it here! read more

Dropped off my laundry and it came back perfectly folded, fresh, and smelling amazing. The staff was friendly and efficient, and turnaround time was super quick. Such an easy, stress-free experience -- I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is great, I was have some ongoing issues with my former dry cleaning place that I would always go to so I decided to go try a new place. I saw The Laundry Craft in Mission had good reviews so I went to try it out. I dropped off three items to get dry cleaned. The women there who took care of me were nice and helpful. Dropped my stuff off Monday and it was ready Thursday. They will text you when your order is ready for pickup which is very convenient for me. Overall, very stress-free and easy experience. I will be coming back here and I highly recommend it read more

Wonderful, amazing! Told me price up front for dry cleaning, and wallah! No hastle! I even forgot about it and they sent a reminder message to pick up! read more

I want to love this place! The machines are great. But the staff is not. They close at 9pm, but the staff is committed to getting people out by 8:30pm - and they are very overt about it. That may not sound like a big deal, but being rushed for no reason when you've already worked a full day and just want to fold your laundry peace is not amazing. read more

I have a Ruggable rug and it would not fit in my washer. I took it to Laundry Craft, the owner showed me the appropriate size machine to use. I found out that for an extra fee, they would wash/dry and have it ready for pick up the next day. The rug looks amazing pretty much like brand new. Thank you! read more

This is a absolutely a seamless service. I would highly recommend this service. I did a pickup and deliver service. They bought back to me my clean clothes folded absolutely perfect. I am so impressed. I will definitely use them again. read more

I had been using another cleaners for several years but after they lost a shirt and had the audacity to tell me I was lying about bringing it to them in the first place I had to change. This is much farther away but worth the time. Good work and friendly service. Shirt collars are done well which is a big deal for me. Glad I found them. read more

Great service, kind, respectful and helpful. Our rug came back as new! Will go back for future needs in the laundry department of my household. I recommend this business! read more

I've never used a dry cleaning service before and my cosplay was very unique so I was extremely nervous to trust just any dry cleaners. I found this place on the maps and read the reviews and decided to give it a try, even if it was 45 minutes away from me. Guy who helped me was really nice and patient with me, despite me being clueless I picked it up on Thursday and there was some back ups but honestly Im happy they at least communicated with me and told me and tried to see when my cosplay would be ready. It worked out for me because I needed to go eat anyways, so I came back and picked it up and it's spotless and clean! I was so worried about the buttons but nope all perfect! Will definitely come back! read more

I've been going to Laundry Craft for a few months. I have company coming in one day, and needed to get sheets and towels finished asap. Today, the owner Steve said they have a huge order to fill and that they are very busy. I understood I may not get my laundry by the evening. I was a little bummed but it all worked out. The staff is amazing and always very nice to work with. Lindsey was my contact this evening and she called to say my laundry was ready tonight!! YAY I think Lindsey deserves a raise! She busted her tush to get it finished. She helped me load it into the car and off I went. I just wanted to acknowledge them to say, I highly recommend this 'fluff and fold' service. Speaking of fold...you'll see the 'craft' when you get your laundry back! Amazing job. Check out all the 5 star reviews! This laundry service is on Martway in Merriam Kansas read more

Love this place, even back when it was called Duds and Suds, clean and very helpful staff. If you don't have quarters , "well there an app for that" I love doing comforters and blankets , they have big enough machines to handle the largest of those items. This is a shot and sweet review compared to my other long detailed reviews. plain and simple this is clean laundromat. Go next door for great Mexican food read more

Lots of space, different sizes of washers and dryers, helpful staff, love the cashless payment! They will even do your laundry for you. Will definitely go back. read more

This was my first time using The Laundry Craft and it was beyond pleasant. The pick-up service was great and customer service was exceptional! I will use them again!! read more

I drove over 30 minutes to get to this laundry because the reviews were excellent and I am particular about how my laundry is done. I arrived at 6:45 in the evening, knowing they closed at 9pm. We are moving, and wanted things freshly laundered. The female employee there was exceptionally rude, followed us around as I was starting machines. Insisted we use a $9.50 machine for a very small throw blanket, kept telling my daughter and I to hurry up, etc. I was standing at the machines actively doing my laundry. Any delay experienced was waiting for the app to connect and making the proper selections. Rather than offer to help, as apparently usually occurs, she just kept standing over us and stated "I can't wait anymore". I understand people don't have the best days or that there needs to be a cutoff time. But I was actively trying to hurry and was further flustered by the way it was handled. I would rather part of my laundry done well, then it not done as preferred. I am in the middle of a long distance move, I have absolutely no desire at all to be there any longer than necessary. I was right on top of moving any laundry. I am also quite aware of how to do my laundry correctly. I am a union film, stage and television costumer who is paid to do laundry for a living. I could not believe how rude the employee was and how I was not permitted to do my laundry correctly, as desired. I loaded over $60 on their app, I was forced to load half of my laundry back in my car, with half of it not done and a balance on their app. FAR before anywhere near closing. read more

Great owner and very clean space. I came here to do my king sized comforter and blankets. Highly recommend! The machines operate by coin or you can use an app to pay as well. Very easy! read more

They saved my sanity! I had gotten so far behind on the laundry it was ridiculous. I work a lot of hours (night shift..) and have an auto immune disease. Then the power went out for 3 days and made it even worse. I looked for a laundry service, found The Laundry Craft and the problem was solved. I ordered the service on their App, put the dirty clothes outside and POOF!! The next day, just like magic they were back. Perfectly clean, folded, socks mated, and uniforms hanging on hangers. 10 out of 10; highly recommend!!! read more

Being that I am here for the summer and staying somewhere that does not provide laundry. The Laundry Craft was just what I needed! The service is impeccable and the turnaround on your laundry is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I would recommend everyone check this place out! read more

I looked up best laundromats in KC. This one is so clean, staff are really helpful and you aren't crammed in. It's very spacious with tables to sit at and a vending machine. This is a place where people are loyal customers and I can see why. They are the only laundromat I want to use now. read more

Always friendly staff and clean place to wash laundry. Very happy with the service there and prices.

Here is a spacious and well lit laundromat Just perfect for truckers like me. Big parking lot so I can drop my big rig right out in front and pull all my dirty clothes, rugs, towels, and bed linens without too much hassle. Washing machine prices were a little high, but the good news is the dryers are free! The machines are well-maintained, and I will certainly be back. read more

Can't recommend enough- did phenomenal job with drycleaning & I was nervous! AND totally professional- it's a 10-mile drive from me but worth it!! read more

Man, this place is really nice. Let's face it--some laundromats are not a nice place to hang out but that's not the case here. It's clean, safe and the person working here (possibly the owner?) went out of his way to unload my car, load my machines and help me in every possible way! And, hello--they take Apple Pay for quarters. Who carries cash around during a pandemic? Not me. Anyway, sitting here having a very enjoyable experience--for sure recommend and will be back. read more

My husband laughed when I decided to go to a laundromat (first time in 15yrs), but I had a ton of kid's clothes and bedding to tackle and wanted efficiency. This laundromat was leap years ahead of what I remembered- it is big and clean with folding tables. They take credit card and have an app. The best part was the owner, he talked me through some techniques and products to ensure the best outcome. The woman behind the counter could not have been more friendly. The customers were respectful, clean people. Women on the same task as me, a construction worker in from out of town and a couple of divorced dads new to apartment life. read more
