This place is truly the BEST! We have a washer that broke, and our landlord said he would not fix it. He wanted us to buy a new one for the house. We only have a few months left, and do not want to buy a washer for a house we will not be living in so we were really stressed about what we were going to do. This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. I want to love this place! The machines are great. But the staff is not. They close at 9pm, but the staff is committed to getting people out by 8:30pm - and they are very overt about it. That may not sound like a big deal, but being rushed for no reason when you've already worked a full day and just want to fold your laundry peace is not amazing. read more

I have a Ruggable rug and it would not fit in my washer. I took it to Laundry Craft, the owner showed me the appropriate size machine to use. I had been using another cleaners for several years but after they lost a shirt and had the audacity to tell me I was lying about bringing it to them in the first place I had to change. I've never used a dry cleaning service before and my cosplay was very unique so I was extremely nervous to trust just any dry cleaners. I found this place on the maps and read the reviews and decided to give it a try, even if it was 45 minutes away from me. Guy who helped me was really nice and patient with me, despite me being clueless I picked it up on Thursday and there was some back ups but honestly Im happy they at least communicated with me and told me and tried to see when my cosplay would be ready. I've been going to Laundry Craft for a few months. I have company coming in one day, and needed to get sheets and towels finished asap. Today, the owner Steve said they have a huge order to fill and that they are very busy. I understood I may not get my laundry by the evening. I was a little bummed but it all worked out. The staff is amazing and always very nice to work with. Lindsey was my contact this evening and she called to say my laundry was ready tonight!! YAY I think Lindsey deserves a raise! She busted her tush to get it finished. She helped me load it into the car and off I went. I just wanted to acknowledge them to say, I highly recommend this 'fluff and fold' service. I drove over 30 minutes to get to this laundry because the reviews were excellent and I am particular about how my laundry is done. I arrived at 6:45 in the evening, knowing they closed at 9pm. We are moving, and wanted things freshly laundered. The female employee there was exceptionally rude, followed us around as I was starting machines. Insisted we use a $9.50 machine for a very small throw blanket, kept telling my daughter and I to hurry up, etc. I was standing at the machines actively doing my laundry. Any delay experienced was waiting for the app to connect and making the proper selections. Rather than offer to help, as apparently usually occurs, she just kept standing over us and stated "I can't wait anymore". I understand people don't have the best days or that there needs to be a cutoff time. But I was actively trying to hurry and was further flustered by the way it was handled. I would rather part of my laundry done well, then it not done as preferred. I am in the middle of a long distance move, I have absolutely no desire at all to be there any longer than necessary. I was right on top of moving any laundry. I am also quite aware of how to do my laundry correctly. I am a union film, stage and television costumer who is paid to do laundry for a living. I could not believe how rude the employee was and how I was not permitted to do my laundry correctly, as desired. I loaded over $60 on their app, I was forced to load half of my laundry back in my car, with half of it not done and a balance on their app. FAR before anywhere near closing. read more

They saved my sanity! I had gotten so far behind on the laundry it was ridiculous. I work a lot of hours (night shift..) and have an auto immune disease. Here is a spacious and well lit laundromat Just perfect for truckers like me. Big parking lot so I can drop my big rig right out in front and pull all my dirty clothes, rugs, towels, and bed linens without too much hassle. My husband laughed when I decided to go to a laundromat (first time in 15yrs), but I had a ton of kid's clothes and bedding to tackle and wanted efficiency. This laundromat was leap years ahead of what I remembered- it is big and clean with folding tables. They take credit card and have an app. The best part was the owner, he talked me through some techniques and products to ensure the best outcome. The woman behind the counter could not have been more friendly. The customers were respectful, clean people.
