I had a body that is a bit big for Medium Chef Coat and too small for a Large Chef Coat, which I just found out, je je je, going to the gym will definitely fix this issue, but I cannot wait six months, I needed the chef coats to be tailored to my current body type, I had a meeting in 12 hours, and Misha took care of my needs, by fixing one in an hour and the other four by the next day. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here. I've had really delicate clothes dry cleaned here and they always come back looking great. Every time we attend a wedding and need dresses and tux dry cleaned, we come here. The drop off process is so easy. They also always have Tide samples inside that you can take as well. For the price, I think they are well priced compared to other dry cleaners in the area. I will continue to come back here.
