I've used Travis and the guys several times for my Turkish rugs. They always do a great job. I have a dog, and had troubles with backed up drains that flooded one rug. They got all the smells out and it looks like new. read more

I've used Heartland twice and had great results both times. They're courteous, professional and very thorough. They take time to explain exactly what they're going to do before getting to work. For both cleanings, they went to great lengths to make sure I got excellent value. The first time it was making me find additional areas for them to clean (since our mess was pretty well contained), and the second time it was giving me a discount just because they ran a little bit late to the appointment. In addition to all that, their work is outstanding! They've gotten all sorts of yuck out of our carpets and couches--from dogs, children, food, you name it. And, their online booking tool is super simple. I was able to get a next day appointments both times. Use Heartland with confidence. read more

I am soon going to have a newborn baby in the house. I am always a clean person except with my pregnancy I couldn't do much. The guy they sent was not only thorough but also very friendly. He did an amazing job of cleaning my house and he was quick. I honestly recommend this company for their exceptional cleaning services. 100% Satisfied!!! read more

Outstanding company!!!! We have had such a hard time finding hard working, reliable people since we moved to KC from Arizona, but Heartland Steam stands out as not only the best steam cleaners in the metro, but some of the most kind, sincere, hard working, reliable, trust worthy people we have met. So glad we found them. We have some unique types of carpet in our home and they know how to gently clean them the right way. After several years of great service I highly recommend them! read more

We will definitely be using them again in the future! Jordan and Travis are AMAZING. Jordan was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process and the cost associated with each type of service. Travis made the whole job with scheduling and payment completely seamless. He was very responsive to my last minute questions. We hired them to clean our large office space. They showed up on time and even finished ahead of schedule. 10/10!! read more

Travis was quick to respond, quick to come give us an estimate to clean our carpets at our office and got us scheduled quickly and during a time that worked for us. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and handling of furniture and had a very competitive price! We are very pleased! Dana S. read more

Professional, explained services and the carpet looked great and dried quickly. Would definitely use again!

This is our second time using this company. I will use them every time henceforth! Super friendly, great communication, excellent personnel and more importantly did an amazing (!) job. Used Zerorez a few years ago and none of the simple smears were lifted. I used Spot Shot after and the stains they said would not come out, did. Stanley Steamer totally overcharged every time..like$150 per room! Heartland Stream Cleaning is truly the carpet cleaning company to hire. Amazing... read more

When you see as many 5 star reviews as Heartland has, you just expect world class service......and that's exactly what I got. I was hesitant to have my sofa cleaned since I didn't know if it was cleanable. Travis worked his tail off and it looks fabulous. The carpets were also very well done. All at an extremely fair price. If you want the best in KC give Heartland a try !! read more

Unfortunately, I have to use Heartland on a fairly regular basis thanks to the wide variety of liquids and solids of varying colors that my dog chooses to leave in random rooms of my home. This has provided me the opportunity to get to know Travis, the owner operator, fairly well over the last couple years. Heartland is small locally owned company that's been around for 5+ years. I've used them for jobs as small as a stain or two, and as large as a full home carpet shampoo. I've never had a single bad incident, nothing but good things to say here. I have had several stains that I was certain could not be removed. Heartland came out and removed them with ease, and afterwards Travis always tells me to call if the stain comes back, none of them ever have. Great company with great service. They even clean furniture! read more

Hard-working employees who put time into doing a good job. They were able to accommodate my schedule, too.

We have been using Heartland for several years and highly recommend! They are extremely professional every step of the way. We have had them clean the same light tan couches and love seat ~5-6 times and they look almost new every time. We have 2 young children and a dog and they work magic. I also love that they offer coupons for returning customers! I highly recommend! read more

These guys are awesome! Our sofa and love seat look like new again! Both were covered in 10 years of dust after being stored in a storage unit. The area rug they steamed clean came to new life after being stored for 10 years, too. The young men that did the work were professional, efficient, courteous, and took great care in their job. Heartland's manager, Travis was great to correspond with answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend this company! read more

Very pleased with all aspects of this business. Appointment set for a specific time rather than for a 3 hour period. Arrived at that time. Explained all services available and charges. Maintained clean work area. Cleaned carpet and had special equipment to spot pet accidents. Told us to call if those areas needed further treatment. Called them back and they were right back out and retreated the areas. No additional charge. Highly recommend and will use again. read more

These guys are awesome! Extremely professional, thorough and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

We had Heartland steam clean our carpets and what a difference it made. The price was competitive and the service was totally top notch. The workers arrived on time, wrapped up on time and they didn't miss one detail. Totally worth the cost so if you need a reliable company to clean your carpets you should check these fellers out. Highly recommended. Thank you. read more

I've been using Heartland for several years now and I'm always happy with the results! Service techs are always on time, efficient, and friendly! I appreciate their competitive prices that are clear and easy to figure for yourself what the cost will be. Only "complaint" would be that they're so popular that it's hard to get an appointment if you need one in the next week or so. But they've been great about putting me on a cancellation list and keeping me appraised of available time slots. My carpet that I'm sure is on it's last legs always looks so good when they're done - nice to know I don't have to replace it quite yet! read more

I need more than five stars to describe the excellent service these folks provided! Right on time, professionally dressed, wearing masks (COVID-19 reference for those reading this review in a happier future), protective mats and shields to protect floors & stair posts, no upselling, very fair price, good job on carpet & stains. What's not to like? Very comfortable with these folks in the house. The perfect example of a small locally owned operation. My highest recommendation. read more

I havent had carpet in my house for over 6 years. We bought a house in KCK from a older couple who smoked in the home and never opened a window. The carpets were gross (mind u that i am a smoker, and even i think they were gross!) heartland came and cleaned them in about an hour, and the living room looked and felt brand new! Heavy traffic areas disappeared by tye time he was done. I booked online and got 3 rooms shampooed for $81. Thats a good deal to me :-). Ill be happily using heartland again. read more

Travis and the guys with heartland steam cleaning are the best. We have have a 12 year old that has friends over all the time! Needless to say HSC always saves the day. They always come on time and are extremely professional. We had a fruit punch incident on our living room carpet. HSC was there the next day, removed the stain and you can't even tell there was a spill there. I highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning services.GREAT JOB!! read more

Here I am, another very satisfied customer of Heartland Steam Cleaning. I will never use another carpet cleaner again! Travis is exactly like all the other reviews have stated...on time, neat clean, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very reasonable with his pricing. Probably even less than I've paid other companies over the past 10 years! I love the way my house smells...very citrusy...yum! He was working by himself because his employee was off for a special occasion, but he was telling me how great the guy was, how much he appreciated him, etc. I love when an owner of a business talks about how great his employees are even when they are not around to hear it! read more

They did an amazing job! We were so frustrated with the way our carpets looked, even after trying to steam clean them ourselves stains and spots still wouldn't go away. We thought we would have to replace the carpet but gave this a try...now the carpets look great! Almost every stain came out! We even had an area where a silly putty type material was stuck in the carpet and that came out! They were also very professional, clean and courteous and fast! read more

We have been using Heartland for a while and have always been very satisfied! The crew is very professional and The carpets look and smell great each time. We will definitely keep using them in the future. read more

Call this company that I saw on Yelp. Very impressed! Travis, the owner , cleaned the carpet. He arrived when he said, did what he said he would do and charged what he quoted on the phone. He did not try to up sell me with some other service. Highly recommend. Carpet cleaner than business we used before! read more

Travis does a terrific job, Responsible, reliable, and affordable. As someone who cleans their carpets often and has utilized the services of several other companies, I found Heartland Steam Cleaning to be in a league of their own. Furthermore, as a designer, I recommend Travis to my builders as well as my clients. Call, they the the best. Laura (English Accents) read more

Heartland came back and fixed everything that went wrong. They really stand by their work.

Today Heartland Steam Cleaning cleaned three carpet areas in my home. One of the reasons I chose the company was because their website clearly indicated that part of their standard service was to vacuum the carpets prior to cleaning. Seemingly, that is a misrepresentation on their website as the two technicians proceeded quickly to cleaning without vacuuming -- this was especially disconcerting in our family room which is subject to a shedding dog. When I asked the tech, he replied that they had looked and didn't think it needed vacuuming -- even though patches of black lab hair were easily seen and pointed out when we did the initial walk-through. Long story short, if I had known that vacuuming was not done as their website stated, I would've done so prior to their arrival. Overall, the carpet does look cleaner -- I am just greatly disappointed in the attention to detail and fulfillment of promised services by the technicians. I will not use this company again and cannot recommend it. read more

Trust these guys! We did and we weren't sorry. Sometimes I am a bit leary of people coming into my home to provide work, we've had a few bad experiences with unprofessional and or messy people. Heartland is neither of these. They are prompt, clean, professional young men. We had a terrible carpet upstairs that we were thinking of replacing. My husband wanted to clean it just to see.... Heartland came and it looked like a new carpet! We have also used them to clean our upholstery and tile. Our couches looked like new! We were more than satisfied. Their prices are a steal and they use non-toxic products, which are a plus because we have three dogs and we don't want them sniffing or licking toxins! Heartland moves your furniture for you and they even put little plastic thingies under your furniture to protect it while the carpet dries!!! Our whole family uses Heartland and always reccommends them to friends (even our grandmother is comfortable with them). Call them today if you've got dirty carpets! read more

I don't use anyone else. Example... I found Travis scrubbing a spot in our dining room. I told him not to worry about it. The carpet is close to 25 years old so I wasn't expecting miracles. But he was having none of that. He was going to get that stain out no matter how long it took. That's why I am a loyal customer. Most carpet cleaners can get your carpets clean, but a guy that will go the extra mile for me will get my repeat business every time. Highly recommend!! read more

The guy showed up 10 minutes late (9:10 a.m.)and smelled like joe camel. (He did call and lmk he would be late) This was not what I expected from a company with 7 of 7 Five Star reviews. He was clean with a neat appearance and seemed to be participating in no shave November. They had a special on the stain protector and it seemed like a good deal at $15 per area and b2g1free. We bought the stain defender but the guy sprayed some areas worse than others and it did not work well. read more

The service was very fast and they arrived just when I needed them; did not have to wait days and days, which was great. The tech was on time and patient while I explained what I needed and showed the rooms to be cleaned. The service only took about 2 hours; very professional and quality service. I would definitely recommend! read more
