The worker also did zero cleanup, tracked wet white debris down our hardwood stairs, marring the finish, and even peed in the toilet and left it for us without flushing. Oh yes, and he used our nice towels to hold his tools. STunned at this terrible experience. So far I've called twice and emailed 3 times and no replies.
