Very professional and timely. Able to get my carpets clean including removing all pet stains! Also able to clean my outdoor patio rugs! This company is reliable and honest! I will definitely hire them in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs. I'm so impressed with their service! read more

I used Bock's for the first time this year. Last year, I had Stanley Steamer come out and they left so much sticky gunk all over my carpet that it was dirty almost immediately after they left. Never again!! This year, I searched for someone with great reviews. I saw lots of rave reviews on Google. So I thought I'd give them a try. Those reviews ended up being well deserved! They showed up on time, were so very nice and respectful, reasonably priced and the best part of all--my carpet. Oh my!! I actually started tearing up because it is beautiful again. It's a light taupe and I've been so embarrassed about the spots all year. From the day last year when Stanley cleaned it, it was matted and never looked clean after they were done. The difference is amazing--it looks like new again! They even reminded me several times that my socks would be damp (not wet) and to be careful walking on my kitchen floor. I'm older and definitely don't need a fall. So that reminder was appreciated. Anyway, they just earned a new repeat customer. Highly recommend this company. read more

I was very impressed with this carpet cleaning company. They were recommended by Carpet corner, where we purchased our carpet, and I later found out that my cousin has used them previously. Christian and Martin did a great job in preparing our rooms for the cleaning. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my many questions. It's been two days now, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them. I also asked them to clean the tile grout in one of our bathrooms and also our sofa. Everything looks great. read more

The service provided by the cleaners was excellent. They were very professional. Martin, the crew chief, had worked for the company for many years. After they finished the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I had them clean three rooms upstairs and approximately 1200 sq feet of carpet downstairs. The value for their service was very good. You cannot go wrong hiring them. They will come out and give you a bid prior to cleaning read more

Super disappointed. Was referred by two neighbors. Had them clean carpet, two sofas and two arm chairs. Carpet half cleaned- forgot to clean under stair and another location. Did not clean the sofas and left stains. Came out to the house 3 times, which was super inconvenient. Never once did we receive a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with re clean. Never throughly vacuumed both sofas, left product as a large clump then left a long stain after not fully pulling up old residue from their cleaning prior. Called to speak with manager and never received a call back. I would not recommend at all. read more

Disappointed in service. Job was incomplete. Came out several times to redo and left damage each time. Would not recommend. Called to speak with manger. Never received a returned call. read more

I use Bocks Steam Star every year and have always been happy with the technicians I have had and the results. They have always been courteous and knowledgeable about the various kinds of stains we've had and we have never had any problems with post cleaning smells ..they smell clean when finished. However we have no pets so that helps. They have gone above and beyond expectations on customer service and cleaning. What ever bad apples were responsible for any negative reviews I assume are gone from the company or may even have been from competitors. read more

I had Bocks clean all the carpets in my house today. The communication was great and they showed up as scheduled. They did a thorough job and excellent work. I am very happy and will be using them again! read more

I was in the hospital for a week and our dog got nervous and decided to pee in our bedroom. I called Bock's and I believe spoke with one of the owners. He was so incredibly sympathetic and truly felt bad that no one could come out for a few days as they were booked up. His kindness put me at ease. I am not a fan of "carpet cleaners" and feel like it is a rip off. Bock's has changed my opinion. I was given a four hour window but was told they would call thirty minutes prior to arrival. The night before I got an email confirming along with tips to prepare for the cleaners. The next day they called prior to arrival as promised. They introduced themselves then had me show them what needed cleaned. They were very thorough in their explanation of what would be done. The dog urine was only in about a quarter of the room but they treat the spots and still clean the whole room (around large furniture). It took about thirty minutes to do the actual cleaning. When I inspected it they had moved are light furniture (a table and two chairs) back and placed carpet protectors under the legs. The room smelled much better. The floor was dry to the touch the next morning but still damp deep underneath, it is humid out right now so I think that is the delay. We are now left with a bleach like smell and I am hoping it goes away but you do have a ten day timeframe to have them come back out. If it is their error it is free, if it just needs a deeper clean it is at a much discounted cost. I plan on calling in a couple days to see if the bleach smell is normal and will update my review accordingly. I do recommend Bock's and like that it is a one stop shop, they even stretch your carpets. read more

Bock's Steam Star cleaned my Family Rm carpet, and all I can say is ...WOW! It hadn't been cleaned in years and years. While we have no pets, we do have lil grandkids, so there were some spots/stains I didn't think would come out. Had some furniture removed, recliners, and there were some black, oily looking stains under them. I thought for sure - no hope...new carpet. WOW again! My carpet is the same color it was when it was installed. I don't know how they did it, but it looks fantastic! Almost hated to put the new furniture on it. My husband I I were amazed at the difference. Mike and his helper were great. Explained things as they worked, so I could understand what they were doing. LOVE Bock's!!!! Would highly recommend them, Thorough, efficient, friendly and professional. When I called for an appointment, the lady who schedules was very nice! Explained why they couldn't come out on the day I requested. They were not only on-time, they were early! read more

We were so pleased with the professionalism and service we received from Jesse and Peter. They were on time and explained the entire process to us. We could not be happier. Bock's Rocks. read more

Had our basement carpets and stairs cleaned. The crew was polite, very professional and did a great job. Will use again!

Great customer service. We just had all our carpets cleaned. Micheal, the technician, was friendly and professional. This was their second visit, which they did for free, due to a lingering dog odor. Thanks so much! read more

I was actually not initially happy with the job they did because of the smell it was a little funky even though the gentlemen were nice clean etc. when I called the next day to complain they sent someone right out and they agreed that it smelled funky and thought perhaps they got a bad batch of chemical or something-they came back out and cleaned everything again for free with lower moisture and I am super happy with the end result they couldn't have been nicer and they exceeded my expectations! read more

I used Yelp to help me find a company to clean the carpet in my parents new house before they moved in. I came across Bock's and thought I'd give them a try. Every time I spoke to the office they were very helpful even when I had to reschedule. They gave me a noon-4pm window. When my son had a drs appointment at 1pm they offered to come after 2:30 so I could keep my same slot. They showed up on time and when the painters weren't quite finished they offered to come back in an hour or so in order to do the job right and prevent any damage to the freshly painted walls. Alex did the job by himself and I was amazed at the results. The carpet looked great and I thought the price was reasonable. They gave me a call the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience. This company is a class act with amazing customer service. read more

We were on the verge of getting new carpet and spending well over $10k+. Called Bock's Steam Star and they were reasonably priced, on time arrival and made our carpet look "newer." Carpet stains were removed and years of not vacuuming under the furniture (or am I the only one guilty of that?) were steamed away! $550 for a 3.000 square foot house= DEAL. read more

This is a great company! Overall 5 star rating from me. I had several stains in my carpet and they all came out, the guys that came to clean were very professional. Highly recommend this company!! read more

Very professional and wonderful customer service. They did an evaluation, gave me a bid and let me decide if I wanted to accept. Of course, I did! (But it would have been no charge if I hadn't.) Did a fabulous job on my carpet and stairs! Very well trained to understand your specific spots, issues and how best to handle! Well definitely use again! read more

Called and asked if I could bet my carpets cleaned again by Bock's. Lady could not give me the exact cost just said approximate or close to???? The price would be provided at time of cleaning??? Not exactly sure that is the way it should work but was given assurances that if the price was to high could cancel at that time. read more

Bocks Steam Star has been cleaning carpet for me and my real estate clients for years now. I like that they use what I like to term a scientific approach rather than cleaning all carpets the same, they evaluate the carpet and what the condition is, and they treat the specific situation(s). They have saved carpet many times by evaluating the source of the stains and that has saved my clients money. That always makes me smile since by referring Bocks Steam Star, they make me look good too. read more

Thorough, professional, and personable. Before starting, the crew did a walk-through with me asking me to point out stains. Time was spent prepping the carpet for cleaning and after the cleaning, effort was expended on removing the cat hair that was embedded in the carpet. read more

My 84 year old mother used these guys and they ruined her lawn by pouring their chemicals in her lawn. When she called they were rude and said they would "throw some seed down for her". That's nots going to fix it!! Don't use them!! Many more companies to choose from that treat their customers with respect. read more

40 MINUTES LATE! I called twice and left messages with no returned phone calls. No apology whatsoever even when they finally did show up. They quoted me a price over the phone but when they arrived they said it was going to be $200 more than quoted. They called their manager - Brian - to confirm and explain and apparently he laughed and yelled at them saying they wouldn't do it for the price originally quoted. Safe to say I did not use their service and would NOT recommend! read more

I have used Bocks for 3 years for carpet and rug cleaning. They have always done a wonderful job! I decided to try them out on furniture cleaning. Again, they did a fantastic job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I highly recommend them for carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning! read more

I searched on Yelp for a carpet cleaning service and came across Bock's. I wanted a locally owned / operated service. Spoke to the team at Bock's and glad that I did. Great service. Owner came to see / quote service. Two professionals showed up, on time to do the work which consisted of 2 bedrooms, stairs, basement rec-room and a large chair / ottoman. They were in / out in short order. No issues, no mess, minimal disruption to our home. All were very polite and professional throughout the process. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend. read more
