He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

This cleaning method doesn't do any sort of extraction of your carpet (they don't have any sort of hoses to extract dirt and grime). My carpet now feels crunchy and like there is a residue all over it. My furniture is the same way. If you touch the sofa, then go wash your hands- it's like there is a film left all over the furniture. There was ONE pet stain I identified to the man cleaning and it is still there and still has an odor! I trusted that he would address the ONE spot I was concerned about and I was very wrong. It is in a bedroom so I guess I will live with that until I pay someone else another $300 to clean it again. I'm not sure how their reviews are so great on the internet (trust me I looked before hiring), but it seems like their customers either have low standards, or like crunchy/ residue filled carpet.
