They showed me the areas being marked by the cats, lifted those carpet areas and cleaned top and bottom! They explained everything and encouraged a call if I still noticed problems (which I have not). They gave me a small bottle of cleaner for spot treatment and followed up by text in several days to make sure I was happy with the service! I felt pricing was fair-I would definitely recommend!

All American was so easy to make an appointment with and they came right in the timeframe the appointment was made for. Justin was super helpful in explaining what he would do and how long the process would take. He got straight to doing his thing and ended up being done well before he initially said he would. He even showed me before and after pictures of the carpet. I was amazed! You would never know looking at the carpet now that there were pet stains. The carpet looks and smells so fresh. 100% intend to use the again and would recommend to everyone. They did a fantastic job!

The green certified process with little water got the carpet super clean with quick drying time. Dakota arrived when expected and worked efficiently. He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

I'm so glad I made that call! When I first called, I spoke with Bianca, and she provided such wonderful customer service. She was incredibly mindful of my time and asked about when I wanted the service done rather than simply giving me a time. She was also very understanding and let me know that if the appointment time didn't work out, or if I found someone who could come sooner, I could simply call and cancel. I really appreciated how accommodating and pressure-free she made the whole process. Then came Qeon, and I couldn't have been happier with the service. He was genuine, kind, honest, and incredibly mindful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and was honest about what he thought could be accomplished. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a great job and helping us make the best decision for our new home. And the carpets?! He brought them back to life! They look SO much better than I ever expected. I originally thought we might have to replace them, but after Qeon cleaned them, we can actually keep them! That saved us a significant amount of money and made such a difference as we settle into our new home. I'm honestly so glad I kept that appointment. From Bianca's thoughtful customer service to Qeon's incredible work and genuine care, the entire experience was exceptional. Thank you, Bianca and Qeon, for making this such a positive experience. It's rare to come across people who are not only professional and good at what they do, but who are genuinely kind, honest, and care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend Oxi Fresh!

I had my carpet and upholstery cleaned by Oxi Fresh recently. I have to say, when I scheduled the…read moreappointment - I guess I didn't know about their method of cleaning and the girl scheduling didn't offer any input about it, so I will take the blame for that. This cleaning method doesn't do any sort of extraction of your carpet (they don't have any sort of hoses to extract dirt and grime). My carpet now feels crunchy and like there is a residue all over it. My furniture is the same way. If you touch the sofa, then go wash your hands- it's like there is a film left all over the furniture. There was ONE pet stain I identified to the man cleaning and it is still there and still has an odor! I trusted that he would address the ONE spot I was concerned about and I was very wrong. It is in a bedroom so I guess I will live with that until I pay someone else another $300 to clean it again. I'm not sure how their reviews are so great on the internet (trust me I looked before hiring), but it seems like their customers either have low standards, or like crunchy/ residue filled carpet. Really sad I wasted all that money for a bad experience.
