About 3 weeks before the Groupon was set to expire, I called to make an appointment. I think the phone number is someone's cell phone that he answered "Hello." After determining that who I was calling was, in fact, Pro Carpet, I asked him if I could make an appointment to redeem my Groupon. He said he was on a job and to email them. I emailed, asking for a specific date so that I could redeem before it expires. The response was simply a phone number. No salutation, not explanation. So I called and left a message. He called back and told me the next available time was not for another month, after expiration, but they would still take my Groupon. We traded several emails and phone calls over the next few weeks. I asked repeatedly if any weekend dates were available and he continued to send me week days that I am unable to make work. All of his answers were short and impersonal with no explanation. One of them was actually gibberish. He finally stopped responding to me after about 5 weeks of me constantly following up. Guess they just wanted to take my money without doing any of the work. Thanks for nothing.

Being new to the area I depend heavily on customer reviews on yelp, yahoo, google etc... While this company only had 1 yelp review, I had a good feeling about them after reviewing their website and decided to give em a try. I called to inquire about whole house carpet cleaning and got a same day appointment for an inspection. While I wasn't planning on doing carpet repair, there were some areas needed so I went ahead. They did a very good job on both the carpet cleaning and repairs. I had a late appointment but they were prompt and worked diligently. They also charge the cleaning by the room instead of sq. feet. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend to others.

First let me say I'm a big animal lover. So my house sees lots of wear and tear. We've lost two…read moredogs and gained two dogs from puppy stage since moving in and laying all new carpet and tile 7 years ago. There just never seemed to be the right time to have someone to come in and clean. You know as dogs get older they have incontinence issues. And as you gain puppies there is the house breaking time... oh and there was only 5 days between the loss and the addition. Apparently I'm a soul who can't live with out a dog. Oh yeah I'm hear to talk about Ed Bledsoe and his company All Dimensions Floor Care. It was my mistake for choosing a light grout but honestly I haven't seen the true color since I laid the tile myself. The grout stands out the most but the carpets looked great. I even had them seal and polish the granite counter tops that I never seem to get around to maintaining while they were here. I always have the intention of sealing them but there always seems to be something else that makes me forget. Honestly it's only been about 6 months but I'm considering having them back cause now I can see the mud the dogs are tracking in. I can't believe I waited so long to begin with. Bottom line: Ed exceeded my expectations from his on time arrival to the detail and professional work he did. Totally recommend this company. He knows what he is doing.

Kassidy came to clean my carpets and was so friendly and kind and patient with my animals. She got to work treating the pet spots and cleaning the three rooms and was quick and efficient. This year, I searched for someone with great reviews. I saw lots of rave reviews on Google. So I thought I'd give them a try. Those reviews ended up being well deserved! They showed up on time, were so very nice and respectful, reasonably priced and the best part of all--my carpet. Oh my!! I actually started tearing up because it is beautiful again. It's a light taupe and I've been so embarrassed about the spots all year. From the day last year when Stanley cleaned it, it was matted and never looked clean after they were done. The difference is amazing--it looks like new again! They even reminded me several times that my socks would be damp (not wet) and to be careful walking on my kitchen floor. I'm older and definitely don't need a fall. So that reminder was appreciated. Anyway, they just earned a new repeat customer. Highly recommend this company.
