This website only ALLOWS you to leave a 5-star rating, and this organization is not worth even a negative 5-star rating. I am very disappointed with this website, Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning's customer service, and their poor technical work performed by their Manager and Technician on my carpet. Terrible work, and ridiculous tools they use to clean the carpet. There is no steam cleaning performed at all. They come on-site with an aluminum box machine-like apparatus the size of a large shoe box. They use this apparatus to agitate the carpet as they spray some chemical concoction on the carpet and it just shifts and moves dirt and grime around on my carpet. The device does not have a bin to pick up the grime nor other debris and the chemicals that are on the carpet. I have photos of before and after their service on my stairs and it is still the same if not worse and it is now wet. The manager performed his act of cleaning my stairs and then stated he was done. I made the point to him that the stairs are stained and still filthy. The manager goes to his car and gets a white rag which he proceeds to begin wiping the stairs. The white rag immediately becomes filthy and dirty and I asked him, "how can you tell me my carpet and stairs are clean, look at your rag? How can the carpet be clean and you rag is filthy dirty, and even more and more as you swipe it across the carpet?" He gets upset with me and tells his tech to grab the only device they had and let's go! This is a farse and a travesty! How many people are you ripping off with this scam of good service? Big waste of time, and lies on top of lies. They can not clean soiled carpets. I had to go and rent a Rug Doctor Steam cleaner and clean up their mess and my carpet. I was able to do a by far better job on the carpet than they did and I am not a professional carpet cleaner. Lastly, the scum of the earth tech dumped the contents of the aluminum box on my stairs. Uncalled for and very unprofessional. SAVE YOUR MONEY... DO IT YOU SELF OR CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water.
