So based on his quote we set up the cleaning for the end of the month, without even checking out competitors pricing (which I always compare) but base on what we were quoted we went ahead and set the appointment. They get there today and say. It is now $207.00. I was very confused and upset by this change of price. I called the owner Pat and he said too bad,this is how it is and it does not matter that we were quoted a different price by one of His Employees. I told Pat this I will be filing with the better business bureau, which he said he is a member of- I am sure with a bad rating with this kind of scam going on, he said ok. This year, I searched for someone with great reviews. I saw lots of rave reviews on Google. So I thought I'd give them a try. Those reviews ended up being well deserved! They showed up on time, were so very nice and respectful, reasonably priced and the best part of all--my carpet. Oh my!! I actually started tearing up because it is beautiful again. It's a light taupe and I've been so embarrassed about the spots all year. From the day last year when Stanley cleaned it, it was matted and never looked clean after they were done. The difference is amazing--it looks like new again! They even reminded me several times that my socks would be damp (not wet) and to be careful walking on my kitchen floor. I'm older and definitely don't need a fall. So that reminder was appreciated. Anyway, they just earned a new repeat customer. Highly recommend this company.

It's been two days now, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them. I also asked them to clean the tile grout in one of our bathrooms and also our sofa. Everything looks great.
