He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

Well, how were they supposed to do my carpets at 3:00 if they went home by 3:06??? After responding with my dissatisfaction, he tried blaming it on me because I didn't respond to his 1:22pm text. He didn't ask for a response, he just said they were coming early! What a piece of work! Take responsibility for your actions...not my fault in any manner. How about showing up as agreed upon??
