We don't have in-unit laundry, but she took the initiative to bring everything down to the laundry room and handle the loads herself. We've used another cleaning company before, and this deep clean was noticeably more thorough at a more reasonable price. She even got the spots my previous company couldn't clean! Her attention to detail really stood out. She checked the condition of the sheets and other items in the unit and flagged anything that might need attention, which was incredibly helpful between guests. She also videoed the property afterward, so I knew exactly what condition it was in when she finished. That kind of transparency gave me genuine confidence that everything had been handled properly. We will absolutely keep using Sunshine & Suds for our property. I'd highly recommend Kaycee to anyone looking for a cleaner who is thorough, reliable, communicative, and takes real pride in her work.
