They do have MicroBan available (It's this chemical that absolutely kills anything and everything microbial) so for us allergy sufferers or even pet owners, they are awesome. They also got out some wicked stains that I thought were unremovable lol. Only con I would say is that the machinery they use for cleaning takes them awhile to setup and clean as opposed to the truck based machines.
