I have used them. I will NOT recommend this service…read more I have a rental home - saw their ad on Fb and gave it a try. The renters left the house pretty clean so I was thinking about 2-3 hour cleaning service. 1. The house was still left dusty and not clean 2. Communication was the worst! The cleaner lady didn't know her own schedule and demanded random hours to come back and finish the job 3. The cleaner smelled like cigarettes. I would mot have let her in if I had known she was a smoker. 4. The house smelled like dirty rags after. 5. Whoever is making the schedule is rude and not professional at all!! I had to get someone else to come clean again after paying $350. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

I asked for my appointment to be scheduled after recovering a quote from her and again several others from her company called me to schedule the appointment that had already been scheduled. The cleaning apparently took 5 hours which honestly I'm not sure why it took so long as there were two people cleaning and the house was pretty clean prior to cleaning, but regardless, they did an ok job. For what I was charged, I was expecting something magical and house to be spotless, but it was not. Pretty clean, but not spotless. Probably go elsewhere next time.

My experience with My Elite Clean was more than positive. I was truly impressed with the move out…read morecleaning that was provided. This was the first time that I have used a cleaning service so I did not know what to expect. From the initial contact they have been nothing but professional. The rental we had stayed in was lived in (almost 8 years) and definitely needed some TLC which was given and then some. Victoria and Miraja did an amazing job and brought the rental back to life. My landlord was so impressed with the cleaning that she asked me for the name of the company and would like to use them for her other properties. For the service I requested I got more than what I thought and surpassed my expectations and it was definitely was worth what aI paid for. There is a portal where you can order, there is communication up until the appointment. They followed my instructions with no issues. I was notified when they were on their way and when they were done. Now I am going to start using their services for my new place. Highly recommended.

To say this experience was great would be a lie!…read more We paid for a deep cleaning service for our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home. However, only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned, but I really can't say it was "deep cleaned." Please note, not only did we pay full price, we also needed to pay extra because it took them longer than expected to clean. In our guest bedroom, there was still visible dust on the headboard and shelves attached. Mind you, there wasn't even a mattress on the frame, so all they literally needed to do was sweep and mop around the bed frame and dust the headboard. We blamed our first experience on my son being a distraction since he talked about watching snap chat videos with one of the cleaners (the cleaner and my son were both seniors in HS). Today, we had our 1st "2 week routine" cleaning, and again, the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my STILL 4bd/3ba home within the allotted time. My question is, if 2 cleaned couldn't clean my house within the timeframe, why would you only send 1 cleaner the next time?! My house did not get smaller! So again, I'm paying full price (they charge you in the morning so regardless of the outcome, they already got paid) and got charged extra because the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my 4br/3ba house in time. AND again, only 3 of my bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned. AND again, I wouldn't call it clean but "straightened up." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... You can clean your house better than them or find another company that willing to work for the money you're spending!
