Their website states that if there are issues with the service provided, they will return the next business day to evaluate and take care if it. I was told a note would be made to my account for the bathrooms to be done again on our next clean in 2 weeks. Done again?? It wasn't done to begin with! I heard about Clean Heart Maids from a friend and they were running a deep cleaning special for Black Friday so I bought myself a gift of recurring cleaning and a deep clean. They reached out to me as soon as I submitted my request and were so polite and made the whole scheduling process super easy and fast. On cleaning day, they used a code to get in and did an amazing job of dusting, cleaning our whole house and somehow managed to get the inside of my oven clean (add on service) which would have been a gigantic pain for me to do on my own. They made our beds and did some sweet touches like blankets and toilet paper folded into heart shapes (tried to get a picture but my 3 year old was too excited to play with the hearts!) Most communication was done through text, which was super convenient for me. I have not used a house cleaning service before, so cannot make true cost comparisons, however, I appreciated the discount that was offered and I felt the attention to detail and customer service was well worth the price I paid. Service is average. Customer for 5 years. Communication is poor between business and customer. Most…read moreof the work was done reasonably well, but there was nearly always something that was missed or not done. A lot of time a minor or small detail, but almost every service it was something. Early in using the service, if there was an issue or missed portion of the home (failure to dust, mop a bathroom floor, clean blinds/shade, etc.), they would send someone back to complete the job. But after a while we got tired of having to consistently contact the owner (who is normally slow to respond, primarily answering only in texts) and just dealt with it. Part of the reason we didn't make a change sooner was due to their reliability with their consistent schedule. The staff is courteous and professional, but the results were average and never exemplary. It is completely understandable that it can not and will never be perfect, but every time something was missed or poorly done. Again, we stayed with the company for their consistency and the work was decent enough that didn't warrant going through the hassle of hiring another company. What ultimately led to the end of our service was the complete lack of communication when changes to the schedule were made (not the first time) and then receiving a poor cleaning that resulted in nothing being mopped, blinds being skipped over and overall sloppy service. The owner, who consistently has an excuse for their lack of communication, does not call back and responds with a snarky text that "if you are wanting perfection for what you are paying, you should get on your hands and knees and do it yourself."
