They managed to get that pet odor smell from my sofa and chair in the living room (which I tried doing several times but failed). The smell of the house is a mild industrial smell, which is great. Four people came and stayed for an amount of time equal to 5.59 hours of cleaning which seemed about 2 hours or less. The cleaners were not friendly. Only two of them seemed like they were working. And the lack of things not cleaned in my 1200 sq ft smaller home in the amount of time/people was confusing. They cleaned the oven but not the top of the stove or under the burners. They cleaned the sink fixtures in both restrooms but not the sink bowls. They only cleaned one toilet but broke the toilet handle without fixing. They mopped floors and left a dull sheen and water marks. The kitchen floor still had food on it after they mopped. They did not clean my front entryway floor. They vacuumed 2 rugs but did not sweep or remove small particles from nearby wood floors. In fact, it seemed like I did not get a deep or even regular cleaning. They didn't clean any window, glass front door, or bathroom mirror. There was no apology. When I contacted the main lady to discuss, she said that they noted that they would need more time on the next visit as they had run out of time. I shared the lack of things not cleaned and she said she would check with their team lead to see what happened. Nor was a list of what should be covered in a deep cleaning ever shared after I shared my confusion. Later, she texted that they could come back the next day to clean what I mentioned on the call or they could remove the deep cleaning fee and only charge the regular clean. I asked for the removal of deep cleaning fee as I felt the cleaners present in my home were not respectful of my space or their services. And that is how I ended up paying $159 (normal cleaning fee) for four people to come and poorly mop and vacuum my smaller home. I truly feel taken advantage of. I shared further feedback the next day with pictures and there was no response.

They didn't even put the plastic carpet protectors on my dining room table chairs, sofa, chairs end tables. They left dining room chairs on other furniture and left my piano bench on the sofa. When I asked for floor protector they just handed me some and I had to do it myself. They took the nosel off my bathroom sink to put it on their equipment. They put it back on and somehow crammed it on off the thread and it squirts out the sides all over the place. It was a total disaster. I can not even use my bathroom sink now. I hope I can salvage my carpet & the plumber doesn't cost too much. The company saw my review on google and called me. The guy I talked to said he was the owner & the weird questions were related to them trying to up sell. I told the best way of doing this would be just to ask if they could clean any other carpets not asking what was downstairs in my basement. It would of made their intentions clear and not left me the feeling my home was being cased. I explained to him the next day my carpet still was damp in areas, I got what I would call excuses. It was also no longer soft. I let him know other than not having water between my toes after a water extraction I would also expect after a cleaning that my furniture to put back in place with protectors on wooden legs and they at least check the faucet to make sure they got the cap threaded on. He offered to fix it and return my payment to me, if and only if I removed my review. I had planned on taking him up on the offer to get my payment returned in exchange for removing my unsatisfactory review (I was very uncomfortable about them returning). Later that same day I received a text from the guy that said he was the owner telling me to remove my review by 9 am the next morning or he would be contacting his attorney. I have included their text to me in a screen shot below. For me once a company threatens me with more aggravation for giving them the curtesy of a review & exercising my constitutional rights I am done with that company. However, only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned, but I really can't say it was "deep cleaned." Please note, not only did we pay full price, we also needed to pay extra because it took them longer than expected to clean. In our guest bedroom, there was still visible dust on the headboard and shelves attached. Mind you, there wasn't even a mattress on the frame, so all they literally needed to do was sweep and mop around the bed frame and dust the headboard. We blamed our first experience on my son being a distraction since he talked about watching snap chat videos with one of the cleaners (the cleaner and my son were both seniors in HS). Today, we had our 1st "2 week routine" cleaning, and again, the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my STILL 4bd/3ba home within the allotted time. My question is, if 2 cleaned couldn't clean my house within the timeframe, why would you only send 1 cleaner the next time?! My house did not get smaller! So again, I'm paying full price (they charge you in the morning so regardless of the outcome, they already got paid) and got charged extra because the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my 4br/3ba house in time.
