From the beginning the communication has been horrendous and the follow-through on their promises even worse. We had to hand-hold them at every turn to make sure they did all that they quoted us. We have been told they were going to come pick up the trash multiple times in the last month and the trash is still sitting in our driveway. Overall poor experience, however, the work got done and the house is back in working condition and looks nice.

I was given a hefty bill for service that I felt I did not receive and I left a very unpleasant review out here. Fast forward several weeks later and I received a call from the owner, Joe Lillian. He apologized and we had a long discussion about how my experience. He was very polite and very understanding and we worked out the situation and he is mailing me a discount for the services I felt I did not receive. He really went out of his way to make this situation right, and he did. The guy cleared a sink to be nice and busted a hole in the plumbing. He then left to go buy parts. When he came back it took him over 2 hours to repair the damaged pipes. He then got to the toilet which was the original problem. Decided it couldnt be fixed with the parts he had. So we have a toilet not fixed. The total invoiced was 525.

After 4 months, I have a feeling they do not plan to return my items. I also have a few items that were mixed in with mine that they were supposed to pick up when returning mine. So someone is missing some bedding, rugs and a really nice blanket. I wish I could get them back to the correct owner. If it wasn't for CRDN keeping my items and not picking up this other person's items from my house, I would've given them 5 stars. I was very impressed with their cleaning and how neatly folded and boxed all items were. My advice: create your own inventory log of each individual piece they remove from your home. Take pictures too. This will help with the inventory confusion.
