What an amazing team of hard working and dedicated individuals…read more I was blown away by the way they responded to my emergency call. I had a body that is a bit big for Medium Chef Coat and too small for a Large Chef Coat, which I just found out, je je je, going to the gym will definitely fix this issue, but I cannot wait six months, I needed the chef coats to be tailored to my current body type, I had a meeting in 12 hours, and Misha took care of my needs, by fixing one in an hour and the other four by the next day. The quality of the job was very good and the way he handled the situation was very professional The price was very good for the quality of the job done. I am really happy with the experience

What should've been a simple hem + strap tighten turned into a $300 mess for our daughter's dress…read more My husband brought our 11-year-old in to have her dress shortened and the loose straps tightened. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here. We won't be using Larissa's ever again.

I brought in 5 shirts and 4 suits, to be cleaned and starched, and pressed. I went to pick them up…read morea few days later and all of the shirts had the same stains/marks, and stuff on them and they still smelled used, (like cologne and deodorant). I also find that one shirt, a custom dress shirt my mom had made for me for my birthday that I loved. From a company that no longer exists. Had been ripped in the back of the shirt. Then as I'm inspecting my suits, 2 of my suits were also ripped. One being a Dolce & Gabanna. I took them all back and spoke with the lady working and she was very apologetic and said that sometimes things like this happen and she's so sorry, and to come back in on Monday to speak with the owner or manager and she'll make sure she has the shirts and suits with stains cleaned. I go in today to speak with the manager and I did not get the type of response I was expecting. The level of customer service from the manager was absolutely disgraceful. She immediately claimed that I ripped them before bringing them in and they had those rips there when I brought them in. I told her that that is not true and something needs to be done about this. And she said that she isn't going to do anything and that I'm not getting a refund, even though I never said I wanted one, just something to be done about the expensive suits and shirt they ruined. She was very snobby and rude and told me to get the hell out of her store. Turns out, this is not the first time she's been rude like that.. I find out from my mom that when I was out of town my mom has brought a suit of mine in to have cleaned and she was rude to my mom and tried to lecture my mom about not getting on to me for taking care of it and said things like "if I was his mom I wouldn't" and things that are none of her business. I will never be going back to this place and definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anybody. Total between my dress shirt and suits that got ripped are around 1600$. This is sad. Many people have commented on my Facebook post saying Fosters did the same thing. Ripped their items, were rude to them, told them to basically get lost when they ruined something.
