The first one was simple, hire a couple of teenage cousins looking for some end of summer money. The second one turned out to be even easier - we rented a 12 yard dumpster from U-Load-It Dumpsters. After checking reviews and calling a few listings in our area, we found that U-Load-It was the most reasonably priced, locally owned, and 10 minutes away! Now that's a great combination. Their communications were flawless (both on the phone and through email) - friendly, concise, and understandable. Our dumpster was delivered exactly on time, placed exactly as we wanted, and the driver took the time to school us on how to operate the door and load level. Pick up was exactly when promised. And there was no trash on the driveway or damage to either the surrounding lawn or driveway. Recommendation? We plan to use them again whenever the need arises, and recommend them whenever possible.

It cost $329 and you get to have it for 7 days. I pick a morning drop off. It was dropped off about 10:20am. I could have gone with a smallest size but just to be sure, i went with the next size up. I didn't need the dumpster for 7 days so I called them to ask them to come pick up sooner. They picked it up the same day I called. I will definitely use them again in the future. They do send you a text when they are on their way which is very helpful. The reason for 4 stars is I wish the person who had dropped off the dumpster had showed me how to open it up rather than driving off. I did figure it out and was able to do it. But there were a few minutes were I was like I'm going to have to call these people to help me out.

Just make sure of the weight limit…read moreunfortunately we don't know the weight limit and it will definitely cost you more money purchased a $500 dumpster which I was informed that it was over through email not phone call We received a receipt, but that's not saying it was the dumpster we had , however, just make sure what you putting in the dumpster on weight because you would haft to pay more in the end unknown. You will get an invoice in your email or they will just charge the account. This is the receipt showing that we had to pay an extra 127.40 never experienced this from any other dumpster company we used in the past Willie disposal over seven years they have never charged us any overage, but because we have no clue of knowing how much is in it. It's not like it has a weight scale on the side of it and you pretty much have to go on what they tell you We were going to need two more dumpsters and had considered this company but at this rate, I don't think the family is going to order again because we don't know how much is in it and don't need any more surprises I did call and talk with Mr. Chris and he informed me that it was over and he hast to pay for the price of the truck and how much gas is and how much insurance is like I really needed to hear all of that but again if you're older, a dumpster through this company, just know that you don't know how much weight you're putting in their dumpster!!! He said he would work with me on a few extra days but now I'm thinking it would've been a charge for that too, he said he would work with me in the beginning.
