I have used the 800-Got Junk and found them to be too expensive. I was out walking and saw a u-load-it dumpster in a driveway. I thought I could call a dumpster place and save money, with being a senior on Social Security. I called one and the rep had me signing up to rent one before I knew what was happening. I was sick about this cause I wanted the cost only. So I called u-load it and found them to be cheaper. That guy said they have the same cost across the board with other companies, no they do not. I called and rented the u-load-it, and I was glad I did. I called the other company and it was a bit of a hassle trying to get a refund with no charge. I learned a lessen, don't let this happen again. I have another stuff room to empty and feel great because now I know I can call u-load it. They called to drop it off and to pick it up. I'm so glad I ordered a dumpster from them! They made it super easy because all the information and pricing is online, which I couldn't find with any other company. And the price listed is exactly what is charged. No additional fees, no weird service charges or anything. They asked me exactly where I wanted to put it, showed up (texted me ahead of time and let me know they were on the way!) and dropped it off. It's way bigger than I expected, especially for the price! But the dumpster is not an eyesore, nor does it take up too much room in the driveway! I couldn't open the door on it (which makes putting furniture and other large items in it SO MUCH EASIER)...I called Lance, who walked me through it and gave me his number to call him after hours should I still need assistance. I decided to use ULoad It based on the 5 star reviews. I called to reserve a dumpster with worry that there may be a long wait list due to the current flooding and tornados. I was very impressed I called on Thursday and they could deliver on Monday. I prepaid and it was very simple. I happen to be at home when delivered and the driver was very pleasant and professional. The delivery system on the truck is great. There is no damage to to be had to the property as some other companies slam the dumpsters down. This let's it down gently with a hook system. Every little detail matters. Driveways are expensive. I will definitely use this company again and refer this company to anyone that needs a dumpster. read more

U-Load-It was amazing, They texted when they were on there way with my dumpster. When the driver arrived he placed the dumpster exactly where I needed it. The driver said I would have it for 7 days, we started filling the dumpster mostly with construction debris but also cleaned out the garage and shed. Finished our project in 4 days so I called for an earlier pick up and they were there that same day I called. I highly recommend this company, very professional from start to finish. read more
