They damaged my dresser and lied about it. At my destination address only Floyd was working. DL moved stuff from the truck to the elevator. My friends and I had to help Floyd move the items to the elevator and to my actual apartment. When I called Bonnie and spoke with Mike he told me that is normal process. If that is normal process why don't you send 3 guys? I paid $650 for a move my friends and I had to help with. Mike offered to fix my dresser and give me a check for $65. RIDICULOUS!!! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Going over the estimate quoted to you seems to be the only thing they are consistent about!!

After numerous calls to MovingHelp, he made good on his contract and was very quick and efficient and apologetic. He even thanked me when I explained I would alter my yelp (and etc) reviews. It was very frustrating to see that he won't own up to his error online. I understand social media goes a long way... but to lie and then report as we never did business when I posted my receipts??? Like I said we all have those kind of days; but I would not recommend. Not professional enough for my liking. I also don't appreciate trying to pawn off the bad service to another moving company when I know who I did service with. Erasing one bad review is just like trying to erase history... it still happened.

The estimate was fair and we hired him. He was very thorough, spent quite a few hours cleaning. Our carpet and sectional has never looked better! The only problem we had was that the carbon monoxide alarms went off due to the engine fumes from his truck. He quickly moved the vehicle and the problem was solved. We'll definitely be calling Ricardo for our next cleaning.

So you are finally able to call during that time and no one is there to answer! You leave a message like the recording asks... you guessed it no one call you back! So terrible customer service. All this on top of the trash guys leaving most of the trash in your trash can and when they do take all of your trash they leave the can in the middle of your driveway so you can't get in it. If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. This is how they treat customers of 6+ years

The technician arrived on time, and worked quickly- too quickly…read more I told him that our carpet had never been cleaned, and that it was roughly ten years old. He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.
