The estimated flat rate was my biggest deciding factor because I've felt that previous moving companies tend to draw out the time since they charge on an hourly basis. In addition, Simlog also gave me a 20% discount as a first time customer. The movers were great about taking care of my furniture & being respectful of the walls & flooring in both my new house & my old house. I had most of my boxes packed, but the movers did a great job with packing the "odds & ends" items that were not packed.
