I gave them a one star review on Facebook a few years ago for blowing me off when I tried to hire…read morethem for a job via the Facebook messenger and Heavy Removal Facebook page platform. Bear in mind, I was already a repeat customer since Spring, 2015. DS ghosted me and did not respond. However, once I posted a one star review on Facebook for failing to answer my inquiry, I receive a call from DS who then proceeded to harass and bully me into changing my review. So worried about those little gold stars. He scolded me and told me that I should've called the number on the Facebook page instead of using Facebook messenger! He was so rude, hateful, and argumentative that I had to hang up and block his phone number. Seriously? Why utilize Facebook for your business, if you're unable to respond to your customers who try to contact you via the FB Messenger, a Facebook communications tool?
After some thought, I decided to give them another chance. I hired them in Summer, 2019 and things went OK, for the most part. I called them again in November, 2019 as I wanted to hire them for another project. I called their number to schedule appointment. They no showed. No call, no explanation, nothing. I was the one who called to inquire about what happened. I was very clear about what needed to be completed moving three pieces of furniture within the house. They knew this from the very beginning!!! We rescheduled again. DS arrived on time. Upon entering the house, he trashed my retractable screen door and it got off track. Did not offer to repair it. He just walked away as if it never happened. He then told me that they could not do the project for reasons I still do not understand today. I was moving three pieces of furniture (dresser, TV, cabinet, and chest of drawers, which were all EMPTY). They were being moved on the same floor and relocated to a space within 20 to 30 feet area...10 minute job, at most. I was disappointed that they wasted of my valuable time and caused damage to my property. I accessed my Google reviews and adjusted my rating for Heavy Removal to one star with no comments. Just within a few days, I receive a message VIA FACEBOOK MESSENGER (remember that was a "no-no" for me to do that) from a woman claiming to be the owner demanding I change the review and she asked me to respond either way, which I did..,in a kind polite manner. Her response? She blocked me on Facebook! Lol!! It's apparent that was only concerned about me changing my review on Google. They have since blocked me from giving them reviews on Facebook. She was so worried about those little gold stars that she completely to failed to take ownership and address the problems and issues the triggered that review! Even worse, she failed to apologize, or show appreciation for my business AND REPEAT BUSINESS. No empathy, or remorse for her laborer DS trashing my door, which I still have problems with today. No explanation as to why they wasted of my valuable time scheduling an appointment if they were unable to move empty furniture. They knew what my project entailed from the very beginning! Heavy Removal is by far the most unprofessional, and juvenile company I have ever worked with. They may be cheaper than the other guys, but remember, you always get what you pay for.

It appears that one of their employees "possible owner" has now decided to invade my privacy and release my name out to the general public. Despite the fact that I made every attempt to protect the privacy of person this review is regarding by only using his initials. Way to go FORREST COMPTON!! Besides that, DS has always described himself as an "owner" of this company. I later found out that was a lie! He a laborer that leads a crew of other laborers. The reviews is based on my experiences with your employee. Review a spot on accurate and 100% truthful.
With regards to your follow up comments Forrest Compton, you have claimed that Heavy Removal completed multiple hours of charity work for my family. That's laughable!! Lol!! This is a blatant, flat out lie! DS came over to the house and picked up one wooden pallet at no charge, ONE TIME! 1 minute to pick it up and throw it in the trailer. How exactly does that translate to "multiple hours of charity work", FORREST COMPTON? And he has the the audacity to call me a liar!!!! All the other times that Heavy Removal worked on my projects, they were PAID IN FULL, ON THE SPOT TO THE TUNE OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!! Come on Forrest show us some proof that you actually came out and did MULTIPLE HOURS of charity work for my disabled daughter! Bring it!!! If anything, I donated items to DS (weights, curl bar, like new punching bag, and other items). FORREST COMPTON told a blatant LIE to try to glorify their company reputation TO MAKE UP FOR THE ONE STAR REVIEW! Again, proving just how unprofessional Heavy Removal owners/employees are. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
