Every single time, the guys have been efficient, careful, thoughtful, and incredibly polite. Each of these moves has involved old, kind of fragile, really meaningful family furniture, and it has always gotten where it needs to go in perfect condition. I carefully prepared by packing additional boxes, labeling everything clearly, and organizing where items should go in the new apartment. About three hours into the move, the crew said the truck was full and left a large amount of my belongings behind at the original house. When we arrived at the apartment, the movers damaged the floor in the entryway and initially denied responsibility even after I showed them photos of the condition beforehand. The service advertised as "white glove" was never delivered. Items removed from walls were not rehung, furniture was not fully set up, and much of the crew stood around waiting for payment while the job remained incomplete. To make matters worse, I paid over $2,000, and the company ultimately refused to return to finish the job. I was left with three truckloads of my belongings still at the house, which I then had to move myself. The movers themselves were polite, but the planning, coordination, and follow-through from management were extremely disappointing. I expected professional service and instead experienced property damage and an incomplete move.

Someone from the office went over and politely asked them to move the truck. The worker got really upset and started yelling. He was also throwing stuff in the truck causing a lot of noise.
