I had been thinking of getting one so we could do some purging of household junk and reached out via phone call. John was very responsive, friendly, and more than happy to answer all of my questions. I didn't end up scheduling right away. However, a week later after days of rain and the subsequent flooding of our basement, I text Dumpster Drop and John dropped off a 20 yard within an hour. Again, the promptness, friendliness, and pricing was above and beyond service expectations regardless of industry. I highly recommend, 10 stars!!! Thank you, John/Dumpster Drop!

They're very generous with their time and have been nothing less than open and friendly each and every time I've visited, including times when I'm doing nothing more than looking at different new equipment. My most recent purchase was a small Kubota tractor bought from an individual. Their service personnel have been generous regarding information regarding adjustments and maintenance items I perform on my own. I plan on taking my newest tractor to Louisburg within a few weeks to have it checked out before I begin using it in earnest. I feel that everyone I have spoken to at Romans truly cares about me getting the best I can from my equipment. My brother also purchases all of his parts from the same location, driving from the Merriam/Shawnee/Overland Park area for parts for the tractors he uses within his own company in lieu of using the Kubota dealers closer to us. I truly believe they all are well versed with Kubota products both current and older.

I have never purchased a major appliance from Troby's but that is only because I have not needed to…read morereplace one since moving into this area. However, I have had to perform repairs on my washer, dryer and refrigerator a few times and have purchased numerous parts from them. Here's what's great about Troby's: They not only sell parts at competitive prices, they freely offer advice, suggestions and helpful hints for successfully completing repair jobs myself. Unlike the big-box stores, Troby's not only services what they sell, they also sell repair and maintenance parts for DIY'ers like me. Try finding a new defrost thermostat for your refrigerator at Lowes or Home Depot. They freely admit that they don't provide repair and maintenance parts for the appliances they sell. Troby's is a home town, family owned business right here in Harrisonville. Although I've not yet had to replace a washer, dryer, refrigerator or freezer, when the time for that comes, Troby's will be the first place I go. Even if their prices are slightly higher (and I don't know that they are, I haven't compared), the added value of friendly, helpful neighbors who will stand behind their products is worth any extra up-front extra cost (if there is any).
