Plus My daughter has a custom rug company and we ship 3-5 packages a week UPS, We package and pre-address everything but today there was a corner that needed tape and the not so friendly individual in this establishment said he would charge me to put some tape on it. I thought he was kidding and he said "yes tape cost me" well not as much as my business cause I will never go back in there. Took my package to Raymore and my future business. So far I have had a good experience here with the personal. They seemed very polite and they were taking the COVD19 precautions seriously.

Had a horrible experience at Ship It Now! Plus. The owner got on the phone and wouldn't get off! She told me and my husband, we will have to wait! She was going off about welfare not paying for all her mother's expenses and how her kids better not make her a grandmother.She took our licenses for a document to be notarized and copied. She gave them back and was finishing up. Later while still on the phone, she asked for the licenses back because she forgot something. We paid and left. Later we couldn't find our licenses and called them. Her husband said they didn't have them. I pressed forward going up there. I said,"I know our licenses were lost here." Her husband looked directly at me and lied, saying "We don't have them!" Later that evening I received a message on FB saying we have your license and your husbands. I go up there and she wouldn't even look at me. She stretched out her hand, while looking down and said,"Here". I woke up this Saturday morning with a message on FB saying " I hope you didn't have to buy a new license." This company had my husbands and my license all Tues,Wed,Thur, and Friday. They own a shipping company and could have easily shipped it to us or called us. Very unprofessional, rude, and instigating leaving that kind of message. I would never recommend this company or go back there. read more

Ship It now has really improved with the new owners. They are so family oriented and friendly, makes me wish I had more packages to ship off! I love jeff and Vonda and the atmosphere they have in there! What wonderful Christian, and polite people! Definitely worth 5 stars!!!! read more
