He said he didn't have the right size battery, handed me the disassembled watch. and said that I needed to take it to a "watch maker". There are two small screws that hold the battery cover and he broke both posts that hold the screws. Waiting to find out how much it will cost to repair. Avoid at all costs.

The guy I talked to initially said I needed to speak to his son about the condition of the car, so once I made contact with the son, he said he could pick it up in 20 minutes. I wasn't ready yet and told him as much. I called again the next day and he was there within 30 minutes after I called. He paid me in cash exactly what he said he would and towed the car away. He was really nice and very friendly. Overall a positive experience. Just know that if you call, they are ready to come pick up your car in like 30 minutes!
