Update to my previous review:…read more Well, I have to say that this company went to great lengths to make me a happy customer! After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! It took a good bit of time, but in the end, Iresq went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I'm very pleased and would use them again! The next time my phone goes for a swim, I'm sending it in to them right away!

I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

I ended up getting OEM screen for the same price I'd payed at the other place across the street for an aftermarket screen that never really worked right. When I picked up phone I tested the screen and one quadrant wasn't working properly. Without any hesitation they offered to replace the screen again saying sometimes they get a bad Apple (yeah...I just did that). Phone is as good as new now.

During this time, this "tech" said that my wife needed to get an external video card, then showed her a GT 1030 on Amazon. When I got home, I removed the graphics card in her computer, and put it in mine, it worked fine. She texted him, and told her that there was no way I was able to do this, as the video card is soldered in. I looked at the picture she sent me, and it looks like this tech was "testing" off of the onboard video card, and he pointed to the back of the computer where a graphics card would go. Somehow in the hour that the tech said he looked at her computer, he somehow didn't look at the entire glass side of the computer and didn't see there is already a GTX 4070 graphics card in there. As she was asking more questions he sent back, "I can see that your looking for a way out / to not to have to pay for my x1 hour service call x2 Comments... I don't care who you would have called / no one would cary every possible video card to be compatible with every PC. 2nd / At this point 1 am simply going to 'wave' my x1 hour minimum fee, so you can find somebody else to troubleshoot the problem... Good luck and hope you find a solution to your PC's video problems..." I've not had a service person be so rude, after not even trying to do their job. There is a difference between looking not pay for something and getting what you pay for. I ended up taking my wife's computer elsewhere. They were able to diagnose that the motherboard was bad, replaced it, and everything was working by the next day. I will not ever be bringing my computer to this company, and letting anyone I know, not to do business here.

I absolutely love this jewelry store. My family has trusted Warren Hannon for years for all of our…read morejewelry needs - from my grandparents and parents down to my husband and I. My class ring even came from Warren Hannon. My sister and I recently took antique pieces that we inherited into the store. Mine required extensive repair, especially if I expected to wear the ring daily. Richard Hannon explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Even though my piece is small and they don't stand to make much money from the work they will do for me I know it will be perfect when it comes back because of the attention to detail they give each piece. Warren Hannon has a gorgeous selection of diamonds and gem stones. His cases are well-stocked with beautiful sparklers, I can't imagine not being able to find the perfect piece. Whether it's a custom design you're after or buying a stock item, Richard has it all including the ability to create something beautiful. My wedding set is custom designed by WH and it turned out even better than I imagined it would...although my ring is nearly 15 years old...if I were custom designing a piece today I wouldn't have to imagine it. While we were in the store Richard showed us his latest toy - computer software that he can use to design the perfect piece right before your eyes. He showed us how he could take any ring he has in stock, enter the ring's code into the computer, and then manipulate it to make it exactly what the customer wants. One more thing - I don't think the staff has changed much in the last 20 or so years (since I've been paying attention). How many retail establishments can say that? Will I go back? Absolutely. I wish I had more occasions to treat myself beautiful jewelry.
