Called the guy and explained to him my issue and he was like yea we can fix it. He said maybe 3 days he had it two weeks. Charged me 50 dollars knowing he had not fixed my product. Then tells me it is not normally what they do then why did you take my product and my 50 dollars. I'm very disappointed in this company and would never recommend to anyone read more

Mike is extremely knowledgeable, affordable, on time and easy to work with. He set up a Home Network Wifi Mesh System in my home that boosted the internet speeds on all 3 levels of my home beyond my expectations. Called Michael about my desktop CPU overheating. Got a call back in 20 minutes and a detailed discussion about my desktop issues. I could tell he knew what he was doing and he gave some great advice. PC Builders Mischief came to pick up my PC and they fixed it in one day. It was a long day but Michael delivered my desktop at 9 pm after putting in a new liquid cooler unit. I was impressed with the service, the attention to detail and the feeling that they wanted to fix my desktop. First I'll say they were not the cheapest but boy were they the best and it's not even close. These guys went about and beyond for me. I will be upfront I am a needy customer who wants communication flowing. They did that in spades. They never once hesitated to answer any questions , fears or doubts I had. They told me upfront the prices of anything and everything I was going to have done. When I had a part that needed to be replaced he sent me a reasonable part that would work for what I needed and when I was debating on a part that he knew I really didn't need for what I'm going to be doing which means they listened to what I said he kept me from over spending on that part. Do not for one second believe any part of any review that's a 1 star they are out of their minds and likely full of crap. Would absolutely recommend , use again and trust with all my gaming PC stuff. I ran into a networking problem with my Lexmark laser printer. Also, my desktop 6 TB external hard drive was not functioning right. Mike walked in and made all tiptop in less 15 minutes. I have never had this happen before. With Mike there was no messing around, experimenting, or trying to find information for a solution.
