Tons of neatly arranged Mac Book Pros, iMacs, PC laptops, towers, displays, TVs, mobiles, refurbished and really well priced. And all backed with 90 day warranties and an interesting upgrade scheme where anytime in the next six months you can trade up for, I believe, $39 to a faster version of the model you bought. I rate them highly because the service was excellent. They let me test the epson with my MBP. On another visit a chill employee asked if I had questions. He and the others were all helpful and informed. Just a great place to check out for your next computer.

I most appreciated the phone calls keeping me up to date on the progress, options, and what each cost before doing the work! This is refreshing after dealing with one of the large companies that stood me up twice and then the only thing I got was an apology after I called them to ask where they were.

Friendly, professional and they did a great job. I used Yelp's Request a Quote and the owner Walter was quick to respond. It's all digital which is great, and then he texted my appt confirmation, cost ($80) and the contract to e-sign. He even sent a photo of what the building looks like -- just great communication overall. When I popped in for my appointment, he had a mask on as did I. I opted to wait in the car out of Covid precautions, and recommend bringing a book or magazines as it takes around 30-60 minutes for battery replacement. Walter's a really nice guy which adds to the experience. He put my phone in a UV sterilizing box and we chatted for a bit and I was on my way. A more memorable and positive experience than I expected to have. I should note the experience I outlined is the norm, but he also offers to come to you for an additional fee. Highly recommend, and he's going to be my new go-to for repairs as I try to keep this iPhone X running as long as possible.

Despite all the hiccups with the manufacturer (none of which were his or Jimmel's fault, the blame was squarely on LG for all issues) he always remained friendly and pleasant to talk to. Once he had the part he got it repaired quickly and everything was great. Would definitely go back in the future and recommend for electronic repair.

Called Assurant and they located Jimmel's. I received a call and told him what was going on and he had me basically diagnosis the problem for him. Called back and wanted more information, I assisted him with that. Told me that he had to get approval and order parts and that would take between 7-14 days. Never heard from him again. I called on day 14 and he told me that he would call me back, never did. I called Assurant and they said that he had canceled the repair. I called him next morning wanting to know what was going on and he told me that I was not in his computer and he had no information and for me to call Assurant. I then told him I did and that they said he canceled the service he then cussed and hung up on me.
