Awful service, told me he could fix it 2 hours in the store,he then forgot to order the part so when I ask to pick it up he said oh I need to rush order it. He then tried to charge me in which I said hell no, he says the part will be in Monday, I call Monday the part is there but he is not, I call the secretary and she says it will be ready by tomorrow. I call up on Tuesday and they ordered the wrong part. Do not trust these people they are only trying to get you to sign your phone over for the 30 day fixing period. They will give you a bunch of bull shit excuses so that you don't pick up your phone then after those 30 days they sell it. Must be the only way they stay in business. Fuck them read more

These guys are scammers don't take your business here , I had a simple fix I didn't feel safe doing at my own place brought a brand new replacement part a factory sealed water cooler exact same model so if was a simple swap out of the same thing They charged me 50$ for what should have been 30 mins of work and they kept my pc for hours . Let me start off by telling you they don't even own a business location it's his guys basement in his house! Finally I get my pc and it's making a weird noise for a month I try to contact them nothing and then finally I find out that the fan of the water cooler is damaged most likely on installation and the fan blades are tearing off flying through the inside of my case! I had to pay for another part another tech to install it because when I reached out to them to try to replace the part for me they were unreachable I left voice mail I went to the website and left emails I even drove to the house/business and knocked on he door . Someone was there but got quiet and refused to open the door . These guys don't know what they are doing and they overcharge for the work they do. read more

Starting to lose confidence with this company. My computer has been there a month and the only time I get any info is when I stop by; they haven't even ordered parts yet. They could at least notify the customer,. Hey, sorry don't have time to fix, maybe consider going someplace else. Or we need a deposit for parts, anything. DO NOT use this man. He has had our receiver for 6 weeks. We have called numerous times and he does not return phone calls. We did reach someone on one occasion and the person told us that Andrew would return our receiver on July 23, 2016 at 10:30 am. He did not show up. We have no idea what he has done with it.
