Super impressed with Justin and the Wright AV crew! After many (failed) attempts at hanging our patio TV into a stucco column, we raised the white flag and reached out to Justin. He responded within minutes (late on a Saturday night, nonetheless) and we after a few pics to identify what was needed, we were put on the schedule for a Monday early afternoon install. The team showed up on time and were able to get the TV hung with no issues - all for a reasonable price! I would highly highly recommend this company! Thanks guys! read more

Very friendly and efficient! They have hung multiple TVs for me and they have done amazing!!

We purchased a new tv and receiver about 7 weeks ago and have had ongoing erratic picture and sound interruptions. 4 other home theater specialists failed to diagnose and fix the problem, which was extremely frustrating. Justin came out the morning after I contacted him and correctly diagnosed and fixed a faulty hdmi cable. He was very courteous, professional, fast and reasonable. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. read more

Justin Wright (owner) was a referral, and I know now why his Yelp scores are solid 5's... I had 4 flat screens installed, and each one was perfectly centered and leveled - - no wall scratches, no mess, with all wires hidden. He programmed all remotes, gave me a tutorial on each, and gave tips on the Bluetooth sound bar and how to connect with my phone. He was done in less than two hours (you would have too if you you'd installed over 2600 tv's...) I would use him again for any additional a/v needs! read more

I wish we installed a home theatre sooner. Justin and the team at Wright AV are pros. They were affordable, have great customer service and did an incredible job. Our basement was transformed from a TV room to a home theatre in a day, and has become one of our favorite spaces to hang out as a family. We cannot wait to spend the holidays with everyone in our new home theatre room. If you are looking for a pro installer and one with integrity, Justin and Wright AV are top notch. Justin and his coworker did a great job. I was waffling between a couple different companies with decent reviews here, and am happy I went with these guys. I purchased the mount through them; a fully articulating mount from Monoprice that has great reviews, and seems to work just fine. They were super meticulous about getting it done correct and having everything centered, leveled, etc. I was mounting my tv on an uneven concrete block wall, and there was a moment at the end where they had a concern about one of the anchors and bolts... they took the whole thing back off the wall to make sure it was secure (which it was) and re-went through the process of centering / leveling. And they did all this without me saying a word. That tells me they're concerned about getting it done right, not just quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Messaged Justin late on a Friday afternoon. Afterhours. He responded quickly within minutes. They came out the following week at the scheduled time and took care of my issue in short order at a reasonable price. I was able to witness his integrity first hand, as the above mention work could have been done a different way cutting out holes in my drywall to string wires through and creating an undue need for patchwork and painting and additional expense. He however found a workaround and took care of the problem at a lower cost and without having to tear the place up. Kudos to Justin and crew!!Would definitely recommend and will most likely use in the future to hang a tv on my back porch. Mike L. read more

Great experience with Justin and team today. We connected with Justin this summer to sort a few project details, as today's outdoor TV install was the last in a sequence of other projects. He was very helpful and patient with our questions (process, mounts, electrical re-wiring, etc.), even though our job was not on his radar at the time. He recommend a few mounts, beyond his offerings, and we sourced one from Costco. Fast forward to today, he and a colleague arrived on time and systematically completed the install. They are customer-centric and certainly pay attention to the details. Well done, Justin and team. read more

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Justin and his assistant came out and within 3 days had a quote to me for a surround sound system that is good quality and sound and at a reasonable amount. Have them he go ahead and in 2 days it was installed and working perfectly - we have been enjoying now for a few weeks and really appreciate a great value and great experience! Giving Wright AV high fives all around! I reached out to them via Yelp and the Owner Justin messaged me back the same day, answered all my questions and continued communication with me via text to book our appointment. I did reach out to a few other 5 star companies but went with Wright AV because of communication, politeness, reviews and a more than fair price. They arrived between the time promised and got right to work. They left everything in better condition than they found it and did a great job along with a few small extra efforts I wasn't expecting. Don't look further this company is A+ and we will 100% be calling then again. read more

Justin is the MAN. Responsible, communicative, knowledgeable, & affordable. Exactly what we wanted. I was looking for a new company to install our recently purchased TV. This was our first contact with this company. Contacted Wright AV a week ago for a quote via Yelp. Since it was Sunday, I didn't expect a response until Monday or Tuesday. Within a few minutes after sending the quote request, the owner responded to me, I was stunned. I explained what was needed and was given a very fair price. We scheduled an installation appointment. Justin the owner and his partner arrived right on time. We needed our old TV that was in the living room moved to the bedroom and a new, larger TV installed in its place in the living room. We discussed the type of wall mount to use in the bedroom, height, placement etc. We could tell that they knew what they were doing. They got to work, measured a number of times before actually drilling a hole, confirmed with us the placement of the TV on the wall. Before we knew it the TV in the bedroom was installed. Now for the larger TV in the living room. Same process, they wanted to make sure the height of the new TV was right for us. Gave us a couple of options. We then asked if they could move the receiver from the top of the entertainment center to a shelf below. No problem, they proceeded without any problems. Again, these guys knew exactly what to do. They hooked up our surround sound speakers that are in the ceiling and the subwoofer to the receiver, plugged in DVD and the TV, did the speaker balancing and we were all done. Our nice new TV perfectly placed on the wall, up and running. Thank you to Justin and his partner for a great install. Great communication, outstanding response time. We asked questions and we never were made to feel like we were bothering Justin, nor did he make us feel that our questions were stupid. They were extremely kind and very professional. We highly recommend Wright AV!! read more

Justin and Eric were great. We talked before they arrived so I knew what to expect. They put the TVs where I asked and hid all the wires. They came out and did 3 TVs for me. 40"-65", two on stationary mounts and one full motion. They even cleaned up after. read more

Has been to our house many times, and it's always cordial, on time and done well. Definitely will work with in the future.

Justin is excellent at communicating and arrived on time. Extremely professional and knowledge on AV, was a pleasure interacting and watching them work. Justin made a suggestion and offered options that were very helpful. And yes, we went his suggestion. The install is flawless and was done in a very timely manner. They even had a dry vac to cleanup any mess from mounting the TV. Very pleased and highly recommend Justin! read more

No problems noted they showed up when they said they did the job the TVs were hooked up and wires run all was good.

Told the spouse...you can get a huge ridiculous TV but have these guys from Wright AV mount it and hide the wires. So glad I checked out the Yelp reviews and found these guys. The TV (although still huge and ridiculous) looks great in the location. They hid the wires and not a speck of mess left behind. All peripheral devices connected and set up too! Communication was top level and really pleased with the work. Would recommend and will use again. read more

I found Wright AV here on Yelp and I am extremely pleased with the results in my home. Justin came out and gave me an estimate and suggested two changes in speaker locations while the house was still being built. On the day of the install, Justin was on time and he had all the equipment he had mentioned in my estimate. They installed 5 in-ceiling speakers in the living room and 5 in-ceiling speakers in the loft. They also hung 6 tvs of different sizes in the walls. I had purchased a sound bar for my Master bedroom and Justin even installed that, at no extra charge. The bottom line is this, I'm can be hard to please, but my expectations were exceeded by Wright AV. If you have home theatre, electronic needs, Wright AV is the company to call. You will not be disappointed. read more

These guys rock! They replied to my inquiry promptly, were very knowledgeable, were early (but called first), and most of all, they left our audio video system in better shape than it was when it was working. I HIGHLY recommend them! read more

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and quick response time. Had them install a 50" Samsung, and was impressed and referred them to my father. He has an enclosure which limits the size of his TV, but Justin suggested a mount with a long extending arm, now my dad has a 70" which he never thought he could have before. 5/5 will use again for any new TVs, thanks! read more

After hearing rave reviews from a local a/v store about Wright AV, we contacted Justin to service our new home which has 5 tvs for wiring, mounting, installing, programming, etc. Justin lived up to his wonderful reputation. We are senior citizens and he was very professional, patient and efficient. He even called the next day to see if everything was working to our satisfaction. Justin gets a 5 star rating from us!!! read more

I called Wright AV to have my 65" tv mounted above the fireplace. Justin and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. My house had preinstalled cables and wires sticking out from the wall near the fireplace and it looked messy. They cleaned up quite well (it wasn't part of the job) and left the area looking neat! Thank you so much for your great work! read more

This review is long over due... I found Wright AV on Yelp. I read the reviews and compared to a few other places (that also looked ok) but chose Wright. Justin was quick to respond to my request to come out to quote my job. I needed a new TV wall mount, installation of my 7.1 surround sound system and test some outdoor wiring for a home I just purchased. He gave my house a good inspection, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled work to start the following week. Justin arrived on time and did a great job. He helped me get the perfect position for the mount because soon it will hold larger TV than I had him install. He wired up all of my equipment and got some outdoor speakers working that I thought were dead. He also correctly diagnosed an indoor ceiling speaker was not working but had to return later to address it. When he did, I asked if we could move the TV mount up a few inches (our console arrived after he mounted the TV) and he took care of it. He also helped me visualize a future project setup in another room. Justin was on time, professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. He perfectly centered all of my newly installed gear and did a great job cleaning up his work areas. Everything looked tight! He has an attention to detail that I prefer with this type of work which makes paying for his level of quality easy. He and I (and one of his helpers) chatted a bunch about music and how to test equipment and I found him very knowledgable and easy to talk shop with. I highly recommend Wright AV and look forward to our next project together. PS will post pics later. read more

I was referred to Justin from a neighbor in Power Ranch and could not be more happy. I have a basement area that Justin installed a 5.1 surround sound system in the ceiling along with a fantastic 75" tv, receiver, and remote. Well before I called Justin I read his reviews online - he lives up to the quick response and attention to detail stated on his reviews. I would highly recommend Justin for any A/V work - small or large - in your home. He was great - and continues to be great. He even came back to install/hook-up a Blue Ray player at no charge. Phenomenal service. read more
