The rep I spoke with was extremely polite and patient. Note when installing your sensors, make sure they are COMPLETELY flush with the surface. I live in a 100 year old house so there are plenty of bumps and curves on the window, which led to one of my sensors being sensitive to being tampered. Also, be especially careful of the "pencil" distance rule. I'd try to make it closer when possible. I accidentally set off my alarm because the sensor wasn't close enough on a closed door.
