After spending nearly four hours on the phone this past week, I finally secured a service appointment for 10/24/25 -- and I'm happy to say it turned out to be the best experience I've ever had with ADT! Terrell Mitchell arrived right on time and was greeted warmly by my dog (a Border Collie/Terrier mix who has a knack for sensing trouble!). Terrell introduced himself professionally and immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed a longstanding issue I wasn't even aware of and proceeded to resolve one problem after another. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough -- replacing or restoring every technical component until the system was fully operational. That was 5 years ago and I'm still an extremely happy customer, which can be rare in today's environment. Lots of companies will start out good and then go downhill once they think they have you locked in as a customer. That's not the case with ESS. Jim is as receptive when I call him with a question or concern today, as he was when I first made the switch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm company for their home!

Been with them for years when a technician bypassed a motion sensor without our knowledge. Some…read moremonths later that building was broken into and the missing sensor allowed the thieves to operate inside without being detected. Result was about 5,000$ in damage. Management simply said it was not there problem and offered nothing. We asked for some discounted extra motion sensors and were told it would increase our cost to monitor because of increased expenses on Alert's part, which is simply not true. Tried to profit off their error's. They have a few good people but management in Wichita is a joke.
