Management simply said it was not there problem and offered nothing. We asked for some discounted extra motion sensors and were told it would increase our cost to monitor because of increased expenses on Alert's part, which is simply not true. Tried to profit off their error's. They have a few good people but management in Wichita is a joke.

That was 5 years ago and I'm still an extremely happy customer, which can be rare in today's environment. Lots of companies will start out good and then go downhill once they think they have you locked in as a customer. That's not the case with ESS. Jim is as receptive when I call him with a question or concern today, as he was when I first made the switch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm company for their home!
