Without a doubt, this is the best home protection company I have ever used. Not only were their technicians helpful and efficient, they didn't try to sell me products I didn't want or need. When I accidentally set my alarm off they called me within seconds to make sure I was safe. I can't say enough great things about this company. If you are looking for a company that will protect you and your family I highly recommend you contact Alert 360. You will be glad you did. read more

I started with SecureNet many years ago, and when Alert 360 purchased them I just continued service for what is now 20 years. Back when it was SecureNet it was a local company, and service was quick and courteous. With 360--not so much. Now when I did have a service technician out, he was very friendly and helpful, and this kept three of the stars. On the phone the man who handled the call was rude, quick, curt, and dismissive. I reminded him who was actually the customer and the little "S" hung up on me. Now we had a fire and one entire zone (the garage) no longer exists. I asked for instructions to bypass the zone, and was told by the bot that I had to schedule a service call. I know this is not the case as all you should have to do is just bypass the zone, which I am doing each time I set the system, I just need to permanently delete the zone as it won't be returning. When I did get a call back, remember I pay for the maintenance fee, I am told they will only do this or that if I resign with them. I have been there for a freaking 20 years, and they are more concerned that I sign for another year? Well my contract is up, and maybe it's time to move on to a more professional company. RULE #1--Have some customer relation skills, and DO NOT HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER. RULE #2--Try listening to the customer. In the end that guy on the phone is the one paying your salary. RULE #3--When someone has been paying a maintenance/warranty fee for 20 years, you could probably be less interested in a trip charge and more inclined to retain the customer that is and has been paying you $49.95 every month. My cameras are paid for now, so FU on those as well. This is the third review on security companies that I have written, and I have to say they are all the same. They don't care about anything but money, getting more money and charging money. If you are a security company, try making the person that is paying for your services feel secure. NO, I will not be resigning with you. read more

Been with them for years when a technician bypassed a motion sensor without our knowledge. Some months later that building was broken into and the missing sensor allowed the thieves to operate inside without being detected. Result was about 5,000$ in damage. Management simply said it was not there problem and offered nothing. We asked for some discounted extra motion sensors and were told it would increase our cost to monitor because of increased expenses on Alert's part, which is simply not true. Tried to profit off their error's. They have a few good people but management in Wichita is a joke. read more

Senior citizen, had to stop with the monitoring because of cost. Had a door sensor go out. Customer for over 10 years and they wouldn't sell me one. Do not get in business with them. I would never use them. read more

My husband and I have been with this company for 13 years. If you have a problem the customer service can't help you, then they tell you they are transferring you to the CEO Dept. , what a joke , they tell you to call your salesman I have got nowhere. I have called or emailed my sales rep everyday for 2 wks , no response. You can't cancel your service without getting a hold of your sales rep. And he won't respond back even after the customer reps and CEO Dept tells him to. They haven't returned my $200.00 on a camera I haven't received and they want you to sign a 36 month contract after all this. I have 3 houses with them . I have never signed a contract with them and now I have to get a lawyer involved . Please do not use this company. We started with Central and then 2 companies bought them out . The last one is Alert 360. They are horrible. Why won't they let me cancel my service. This takes all my rights away. Don't get involved with this company. To many other options for you. You should be able to cancel with a rep not a sales person who is horrible. Something to remember in small print your contract renews automatically and you can't cancel until the next 3 years have passed. This is not my case but my sister told me this is what they are doing when you sign a contract with alert 360. She regrets she ever got them . Stay away from this company. Save yourself from a nightmare. I never knew how bad they were until I needed help. A 13 year customer with 3 different alarm systems. Seriously?? They don't value you as a customer. Very obvious. You should be able to quit a service the day you call them. read more
