They were professional, helpful and did a great job with the work. Then, a few months ago our basement flooded while we were gone for 4 days - we came home to standing water! We called around 4:00 pm, and they were at my house the next morning at 8 am (there had been a TON of flooding in the area, so they did the best they could). Within 6 hours my entire basement had all the carpet removed (all our furniture/kids toys/storage items were down there to begin with), and big fans and humidifiers set up. I was so thankful - the gross smell went away, and the drying process could begin. We could NEVER have done what they did in that amount of time. I highly recommend NCRI of you need emergency work done!

Because of the way this company cut my carpet to dry it, ALL THE CARPET & PADDING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. Since the ceiling and the carpet are being replaced we paid this company an additional $2000 to paint the walls. Keep in mind ALL OF THEIR WORKERS ARE SUBCONTRACTED OUT. Apparently, when the builders originally painted the walls, the got paint along the top of the baseboards but the paint was the same color of the wall so it was never noticed. Apparently the painters realized it and took pictures of it and sent them to NCRI, but NOONE MADE US AWARE. So now that the painting is done we now have a white line all around the room. Although we did not have an issue before' we do now. If we had known about this paint issue when the painters found it we could have made a collective decision on how to move forward, but to no say anything and walk away like the job is done is unacceptable. So now my family room looks like shit after I paid over 2 grand over what the insurance company paid, and they feel since they didn't get the paint on the baseboards its not their problem. The foreman or whatever his job title is was an unprofessional waste. If you are going to hire a kid to do an adults job, make sure he is EXPERIENCED & PROFESSIONAL before allowing him to deal with the public!! COLTON is NOT an asset to your horrible company, and neither is his supervisor!! Save yourself the hassle & don't do business with them!!!

They won't tell you they are charging your insurance $450 a month to store your belongings in a warehouse. Their salesmen on the initial meeting tells you, you can access your belongings and they have boxes itemized for those reasons. We had a few requests all which were never followed up on or accessed. After finally giving up on the run around we pulled our stuff from their storage to our own at half the cost. Finally, the bill. Textile/clothes cleaning, pack out, storage. Item "cleansing" which I know was never performed at a massive total of 21k. How can someone charge thousands for cleanings that never actually occurred. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in times of stress as they prey on the vulnerable and intentionally lie about the quality of their service. I can't imagine if it had went ahead with wall cleaning with their "magic sponge" how much this would have cost me. They should be ashamed of themselves and should really look at what they are selling their company as.
